Stayed Jul 25, 2025The house is very quirky and characterful. Bedrooms are comfortable, airy and light. The open plan effect of the kitchen/ living area enriched the space and natural light to the rear of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with fridge, dish washer, glasses and crockery. The conservatory area and garden enhanced our stay and the sunny aspect was very pleasant to sit in. There is a downstairs loo but one bathroom upstairs between five ladies meant it was busy at times. That bathroom would benefit from an update but the shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. Toad Hall is an easy stroll to the shops and pubs in the town in one direction and within minutes from Whitcliffe walks in the other. We really enjoyed staying in the house.
