Stayed Jun 25, 2026Tip Top of The Rock was a wonderful house to stay with our family. There was so much room to spread out, eat together, swim together and simply hang out together. We never ran low on ice, and the house kept perfectly cool on the warmer days. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was well equipped for all of our needs. There was so much outdoor space. The views were amazing and there was alway a breeze. I could go on and on but needless to say, our family of 11 had a blast! We would definitely return and recommend.

Stayed May 28, 2026There were 20 family members that came together to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. It was spacious and worked well for our family. The pool was nice for the kids. The hot tub needed maintenance and once it was completed the family was able to enjoy it as well. The location was perfect. It was clean and communication with the property manager was on point.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024We had 13 adults and one baby. We had plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom! The listing was just as advertised- beautiful and perfect for us. They even had a Christmas tree for us that was impeccably decorated! Very close to Silver Dollar City, grocery stores, and all Branson activities. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub too. Literally the Tip Top of the Rock- fantastic view! We would love to stay here again!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Our family of 15 stayed at tip top of the mountain for thanksgiving weekend. The house was fantastic with nine bedrooms giving everyone plenty of space. The arcade was a big hit with everyone and the hot tub was used every day. The long dining room table was exceptional! Josh was very prompt in replying to all my questions before we arrived and the check in and check out was easy. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks, Josh!
