The tiny home was cute and well cared for but not appropriate for winter stays in Leadville. The house was very cold and the floors were frigid - you couldn't walk around without shoes on. In addition, the beds had very limited blankets, and even when we asked for comforters for the bed, the host brought only thin, small blankets. I imagine the house would be a lovely spot in the summer, but it was quite uncomfortable for a winter stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Leadville and at this tiny house. It was clean and cozy. I appreciated the quick responsed we received for some questions we had. Check-in and check-out were easy. My only complaint would be the beds--they weren't my style of comfort.

We stayed the night so we could leave early to climb Mt Elbert, it was so perfect for that! Close to the trailhead, easy parking, and quiet area. More than comfortable for 3 adults and the fridge was bigger than the average hotel fridge which was very nice to store the food we brought. Would definitely stay again!

My time house, Scarlett, was perfect. Has everything I needed and was equipped with all of the essentials. It was super clean and everything worked as advertised. Great location with easy access to everything downtown Leadville and all of the trails.

Great tiny house. Very clean, well kept, short walk to main street with all the things. Only thing that needs improvement. Thicker blanket or maybe an extra blanket. Same with pillows and 2 little rugs. One in entry and one for shower. Otherwise overall great stay.

Stayed at this property in Leadville and the views of the mountains are amazing and mesmerizing! Love the vicinity to everything downtown. Loved how fast it was to jump on Interstates and highways. Loved the location to other bigger cities. Loved the coziness of the property. However, we did have a couple of issues with the property but the response from the property manager and the resolution to these was quick where it did not impact our stay. Improvement ideas: the shower needs a shelf or something to place your bathroom stuff. The heater didn’t seem to kick on, unless you had the AC option on. There were two space heaters available and these kept the property warm but we were confused by the use of the in-wall unit. Something else that we noticed was that the hot water in the shower runs out quick. If the property is meant to host 2-4 guests, you will have to stagger showers to allow the heating unit to recharge. One last warning to those traveling with more than 2 people: there’s no storage or space available to place suitcases away from blocking walking paths or sitting spaces. Recommend leaving luggage in car and walking to get what you need. Overall, great location with amazing views! Would definitely stay here again! Some reviews we saw mentioned the TV not functioning but we were able to watch TV without any issues. However, with the views the city has to offer, I wouldn’t have been upset if the TV would not have worked. Thank you for hosting us.
