A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations.

For guests staying 30 days or longer, the cleaning fee is $200.

*For an additional $30, monthly guests may request to have bathroom and bedroom linens washed, and beds remade during the light clean. Please notify us in advance if you will be requesting this service.

The front door does not allow for privacy and lets in lots of light at night. Bunk style bed and sofa sleeper are good for kids or adults. If you have to stay 3 days or 3 weeks this place will work!
