Very nice and clean. We love it. Thank you
We loved staying back in the woods in this small and comfortable house! What a beautiful setting. Easy access to Monteagle, Tracy City, and Sewanee. Nice kitchen, linens, and fireplace. Thank you!
The house and the development with the homes is fantastic. It was the prefect size and layout for my wife and toddler. Loved it and we'll definitely be back next summer !
My teen son and I stayed here while attending Bonnaroo music festival. The location is so pretty and quiet. Very nice set up and house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
We stayed here while attending a concert at the Cavern. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and relax.
We chose this property because of the location to The Caravans for a music festival, and it did not disappoint us. It was located close to everything. We ate at many restaurants that were great and everyone was so inviting. We also enjoyed the proximity to the University of Sewanee. The best part was the short hike to the waterfalls and building a fire at night under the stars and moonlight. It was a great to connect to family on this trip!
This is a precious home. The deck is lovely and the fire pit area is very cool. Just a few minor complaints: The quality of the sheets is subpar. Some cotton linens would be great. A rain storm blew through before our stay and there was a huge puddle of water in the walkway to the door. Navigating around it was an issue and our shoes stayed muddy. Please fill in the hole. Lastly, directions to this neighborhood should probably be emailed on top of giving the address for navigation. GPS took us all over the place and it was super frustrating.
We were in down for our son’s graduation. Love the tiny house - so comfortable. We will recommend other families to check out the Retreat
Great place for my 14yo son and I to relax after hiking.
Loved our weekend getaway. Tiny house was clean, comfortable( except for the sleeper sofa) and decorated nicely. We’ll definitely be back.
