Times Square Private Paradise Pool/Spa/Dock Easy Stroll to Beach! The Whale Margaritaville and more!

The house was just as advertised. Pool was beautiful, and the seating area was nicely furnished around the pool. Also, the screened in porch was very nice. There were ceiling fans in both areas which kept it quite comfortable. The property manager flagged quickly. The spa was easy to operate. The house is in a wonderful location where we could walk to many bars and restaurants. And it’s just a short walk to the beach as well. There were a lot of pool rafts and beach equipment furnished.

This was the perfect house for us! We parked our van and didn’t leave for a week. Walked to beach, restaurants & shops. Would definitely stay here again when in FMB!

Great location, can walk everywhere! Pool and hot tub on the canal were amazing. Outdoor space was top notch. Worked out great for both families!

I stayed here with my girlfriend and three kids and we loved this place. The pool area is great, we spent most of our time down there. The area under the house is a nice bonus with the little bar, couches, tv, etc. There's also a fridge, sink, bathroom, etc down there which is great. The kids loved catching catfish out of the canal. The little tiki ring toss game was a huge hit. Management was also very quick to respond to a couple issues we had. It's also in a great location, just a quick walk to restaurants and shops. Just one thing to be aware of is that they want you to wash towels and run the dishwasher when you leave and detergent is not provided, so plan on getting these items (no big deal since you'll need them anyway). We would definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as described and set in the perfect location! Couldn't ask for anything better!

Location is awesome for the beach or downtown, and the pool area is exceptional.

Wonderful place with a great pool and area around it! The house is very nice and clean with a great screened in porch. Short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants! Communication with the host was very prompt and they were very accommodating! We can’t wait to come back!

Very fun trip, pool/patio area was great for the days we felt like hanging around the house. Location is awesome. Just a few minute walk to all the local bars and restaurants. When The Whale opens up it will be about a 30 second walk. Area of the beach straight across from Primo is an area where you can have your own coolers but still rent chairs and margaritaville waitresses still serve you... Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Already looked into bringing the kids down for spring break unfortunately the week was already taken...but we'll be back!

Great place, clean, convenient, kept up.

Enjoyed this property. Close to everything. Very clean home with comfortable bedding and pillows. AC worked great and the pool was excellent. We had a multiple family vacation and it was great. Loved the people of Ft. Myers Beach. This is a community rebuilding after hurricanes but are well on their way. All businesses thanked us for visiting their community. We never had any difficulty accessing the stores or restaurants.

This house was everything we wanted and more! beautiful inside and the pool area and the Jacuzzi were amazing. My family loved playing the ring game and taking the kayak out at sunset to see the Dolphins. The location is close to everything walking distance great communication when we arrived, the string to the ring game was not there , but I did ask if there’s any chance they could come out and fix it and they did the next day. I was so impressed!!!. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you

The house was what it appeared to be in the photos so no issues with it not meeting our expectations. It was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The overall experience, however, did have a few hiccups that caused the 3 star review, rather than a 5 star.1st: Would’ve loved to have known about the construction site next door. Hammering, drilling and sawing all day long!Couldn’t even enjoy a coffee on the porch. A heads-up wouldve let us decide if we really wanted to stay at that location right now.2nd: OWNERS AND THEIR FRIENDS CAME TO THE HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES! The first time they came it was in the middle of the day and it caught us off-guard. The owners just appeared in the backyard while we were swimming and eating lunch. They were both very nice, said that they were the owners and that they stopped by to see how things were going. They were looking around the pool/patio area and it was an uncomfortable situation for us, sitting there in our bathing suits as the owners were just looking around at our mess.Another day, we came home to a BMW parked in the driveway, taking up the parking spot my husband had been using all week. We weren’t able to park his car in the driveway and had no idea who’s car it was. Eventually, the owners of the house came walking up, got in the car and drove it away. Later that same day, a man knocked on the door, said he was the owners friend and that he would be in the garage showing yet another man a jeep that was being stored there.

We enjoyed the property and was able to host family and friends by the pool.

The description of the space is very accurate and it had everything we needed! The “garage” space was so nice with the extra bathroom, full size refrigerator/freezer and everything we needed for the beach. Very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely book again!

Too bad the weather was not good for us but the hot tub and pool.would have been great. Beautiful house walkable to many places.

We had a rocky start with pool cleanliness but that was quickly resolved by the property mgmt company. The home was well outfitted with kitchen accessories, towels, pool floats, etc. Nice and close to restaurants. We had a great time overall.

Property is as listed. Everything is within walking distance. Nice to have the pool and especially the hot tub if the weather isn't cooperating. Ongoing construction on the island as they continue to rebuild.

Wonderful accommodations

We had an awesome time during our stay . The residence was very clean and we couldn't get enough of the pool area. The location was fantastic, was within walking distance of the beach and downtown area. Looking forward to staying again next year.
