Timeless Hive's design inspiration comes from the natural beauty of the Beehive State. You'll find that we honor the national parks, state parks, and other natural treasures with local art throughout the house. The upstairs focuses on sky and water with its blue tones. The downstairs focuses on earth and plants with its green and brown tones.

The five bedrooms are each named for one of Utah's Mighty Five National Parks: Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, and Arches. As our art collection grows, you will see more of these featured, so be sure to visit us over and over if you love the house and the art.

The Hive has many unique amenities for you to enjoy, in addition to what you might expect. Here’s how it’s unique:

ABOUT THE AREA
Parowan is beautiful small town, full of friendly folks. It does get snow, rain, and heavy winds. Check the weather and road advisories for each adventure before you go, since changes in altitude can drastically change the weather, and chains may be required.

Timeless Hive sits on 1/3 acre in a residential community, so you will feel like part of our neighborhood when you stay here.

EARLY CHECKIN/LATE CHECKOUT
We get it! Travel schedules frequently don’t align with our posted hours. Requests for early arrival and late departure will be considered based on availability of the house and our cleaners’ schedule. We may know way in advance, or we might have to wait until the day before to let you know. To absolutely ensure the house is available when you need it, ask Lonna about partial day reservations, or consider extending your stay by a night.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
There's a tendency in vacation rental hosting to pack in the most possible guests in a home. That's not our hosting philosophy. We believe in comfort over crowding.

With 3,600 square feet of indoor space, plus two outdoor decks, you and your guests can stretch out and spend time together or all alone. We intentionally did not pack every bedroom and living space with beds for the maximum occupancy. Although our permit says we could host twice as many guests, we limit occupancy to 12 - with some flexibility for the littlest travelers - because that's what we have beds for.

Why not pack in more guests for a higher price per night Easy. It's more important to us as your hosts that you have a comfortable sleep and easy bathroom access. Our neighbors appreciate that Timeless Hive is *not* a party house, as well.

I have seen the redwoods, the Pacific Coast, and deserts. I was completely blown away by the gorgeous views all around me as I explored the magic of nature from my home base here at Timeless Hive. Our host thought of so many details. Areas for the kids; two (2!!) kitchens, a large table for dining all together, deck furniture for lounging and looking at the stars. The perfect bed!!
