The property’s biggest advantage is its central location. It’s suitable for a solo stay of one or two nights, but too cramped for two people over three days. I would’ve recommended it—unfortunately, the presence of cockroaches in the living room was a deal breaker. I’m sincerely hoping none ended up in my luggage. This issue urgently needs to be addressed before hosting future guests.

This property was just what I needed as I had business near by. It was just as the photos showed. It was clean and reasonably priced for the area. The hot water at night for my shower was short lived and the tub faucet was loose. Both could use some attention but otherwise a pleasant stay.

Everything was as advertised, and the location was so close to everything that you won’t need to rent a car.

The place was a little smaller than I expected from the pictures online. It was clean. Great location.

Wonderful stay at Casa Sueno. We were welcomed with a basket full of drinks & snacks. Location was short walking distance to Plaza. Also close to several good restaurants outside Plaza area. The place is perfect for two people; nothing fancy but had everything we needed from a comfortable bed to Kleenex.

We had a great experience. Just a short walk to all the Plaza offers. Casa was clean and cozy. All pictures and listing are accurate. Will stay here again.

Only 2 burners on stove functioning, microwave broken, several lights burnt out but most importantly porch light. broken steps in front and with broken porch light, hazard. the kitchen had ants. Ant spray under sink, so owners knew. I sent a message and got no reply. expensive cleaning fees and wasnt clean. Needs a deep clean.

Broken step coming into property needs to be fixed. Even though there is tape on it, that's not good enough. Several burnt out lightbulbs. Ran out of hot water during a very reasonable shower. Microwave wobbly. A thorough cleaning is needed. No clock or charging port. No kitchen towel. Dishes not checked for cleanliness. No full-length mirror. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Adequate, but no amenities, bring your own bowls, cooking supplies, or always eat out. No laundry.

Really great location just a few minutes walk from the Plaza. It was very nice not to have to get in our car to find restaurants. The property was clean and well equipped and the photographs were accurate. We would stay there again.

The signage for the casita was incorrect, therefore we had to wait until we could get a callback before finding the unit. The unit was dark and crammed in the back of the property along with another unit which shared a tiny patio with a small access point. A tiny window unit was the only ac, it being in the tiny living area and not in the tiny bedroom. The

We were here for Indian Market and a couple of days previous. We parked at the casita and never had to get near the car for our entire stay.

The casita was charming and perfectly located for walking to The Plaza and to local eating establishments. The layout, furnishings and quiet charm made this one of our all time favorite rentals.
