Time on the Beach - New Listing!

Great beach house! It was clean and exactly as listed. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. The home was comfortable, well-kept, and perfect for our beach vacation. We would happily stay here again.

Ben’s beach homes is a wonderful management agency. We have rented from them for the past 5 years. They respond so quickly. I’d recommend any house managed by Ben’s beach homes.

View was amazing! House could use a few upgrades. There were no beach towels and had to wash bathroom towels several times a day. Not enough for our party. Kitchen dishes very mismatched and only one good cooking pan. Suggested getting a good set of cookware. We ate in the entire trip. Also dish towels and wash clothes to wash dishes needed. Also trash cans needed in bedrooms and laundry room. It would have been great to have a few beach chairs and sand toys.

Clean, unobstructed veiw, very convenient to anything and everything. The parking was a little tight but manageable. Five star vacation rental. Price was very good and i will return if the price remains affordable. Thanks Ben for letting us hang out.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is directly on the beach with a very large deck for beach toys or watching the waves. It accommodated our family of 7 plus an older child’s friend easily. The house was extremely clean on arrival and we didn’t feel cramped as we had on previous stays in townhouses. It seemed to be recently remodeled and the appliances we used worked well. The property is on the western side of the beach and there are so many things to do! No doubt, we will look to rent this property when we visit again!

Literally steps away from the beach and we could watch the kids walk back to the other adults at the house. The views were amazing with the large windows. The deck deserves its own paragraph with the seating areas. I ate every meal outside & took some naps on the lounge chairs while the kids played on the deck. We could watch the children play on the deck while we were inside due to the large windows. We loved the shower & water hose on the deck to wash all the sand off before entering. Plenty of room inside the house & our group of 10 could gather in it or if we went to our own room we enjoyed our own space. We enjoyed the kitchen as we cooked all our meals there as it’s much less stressful getting into restaurants with a large group & so peaceful in the beach home. The washer & dryer were super efficient with large loads of wet towels. The host was very responsive responding to any questions I had. Highly recommend!
