Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Time and Tide was the perfect house and location for our family's week on the Cape. The accommodations were comfortable, cozy and had all the amenities we needed to cook a few meals when we weren't going out to the nearby restaurants you could walk to! It was also walking distance to a resident only beach which had a perfect tidal area for our kids to look for minnows, horseshoe craps and skipping rocks. We will definitely return next summer!

We walked every morning into the village and every evening down to the beach. Waking up to the sound of birds and seeing bunnies and deer in the marsh was magical. The house was extremely clean and everything went smoothly. Looking forward to staying here again.

The Time & Tide stay we had was beautiful. The home was lovely, clean with great views of the salt marsh. The place had great accommodations. We will be staying again.

The tidal marsh was fascinating to watch all hours of the day, colors of the grasses changing and bending with the rise and fall of the sun and wind. The serenity of the setting was enhanced by a number of different shire birds going about their business according to the time of day. The back yard with a tall privacy fence along the road, had several beautifully appointed seating areas including a wonderful swing, a large outdoor dining table, four delightful rocking chairs and another lower deck sitting area. The interior of the cottage is straight out of coastal living with beautiful touches of Nantucket all around. The furniture was all very comfortable and nicely arranged to accommodate everyone’s taste. The bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable as well with adjustable beds. The kitchen was very nicely appointed as well and it was a joy to prepare a few meals. The cottage is in a perfect location for a walk to the beach or the marina with 2 options for dining there or go in the other direction and walk to town. Adam was a wonderful host and we lacked for nothing. It was a perfect vacation

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Time & Tide, watching the tides over the marsh in the rocking chairs while the sun sets and moving to the firepit and overall just enjoying the charm and comfort of this cottage. They have thought of everything, it is extremely well appointed and very cozy, we would rent again and plan too! Its also a quick walk/bike ride to Matakeese Wharf and the beach as well as the Barnstable downtown, super convenient to whereever you might want to go - including Hyannis with all it has to offer. You will not be disappointed!
