Stayed Feb 7, 2026The location of the condo with it's beach front views and easy walking access to dining and groceries was amazing.The host and management service provided excellent communication and, when there was a small bump, were very responsive.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Communication between the host and our family was great. The location was amazing. The house was very clean and contained all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have chairs to use at the beach. We really loved the sunset views from the deck each night. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again one day!

Stayed Jan 18, 2025View a 10… house is past it’s expiration date… no grill, ice maker does not work, bathrooms really need updating, no sun umbrella, and really needed if sitting on deck…way too much money for what we got

This was our second year to AMI and we stayed next door at Franks last year. Both houses are incredible. Private beach access, unbeatable views, and everything you need provided for the ultimate beach vacay. We love to rent a golf cart and explore the island throughout the week. The updated kitchen at Tiki and huge outdoor deck were our favorite part!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unbelievable sunsets at night right from your back deck. We had a small leak under the kitchen sink on day of arrival, called the rental company and leak was repaired within the hour. House was well stocked with everything we needed. We were in walking distance of many restaurants and even the grocery store. Hoping to come back next year.
