Tiki Dunes is truly one of the more unique properties in the entire Coachella Valley. This four bedroom, luxury property rests on 1/3 of an acre and features spectacular mountain views. Unlike most Palm Springs properties, there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES to heat the crystal-clear, salt water pool. The backyard features the pool, hot tub, 8', gas firepit, and a lush lawn. Once outside, you will find yourself in the 400 square foot, covered lounge, which boasts a 1950's, hand-carved Tiki bar.<br>

Enjoy a short ride to Downtown Palm Springs on the beach cruisers provided. Uber and Lyft are also very accessible. Being just a few miles from the heart of Downtown gives the illusion that you are on your own tropical island. The property has been described by some as The Ultimate Desert Oasis.

Tiki Dunes was named for the architectural vibe of the pool cabana. The bamboo style ceiling of the poolside overhang creates an ambiance found in the Polynesian Islands of the South Pacific. There is an outdoor grill available under the cabana for you. You will notice an authentic collection of Tiki Totems around the property as well as a full collection of Tiki glasses for your enjoyment. The interior art collection and decor also reflect the island theme. As Tiki culture was taking off mid-century in Palm Springs, Tiki Dunes was designed to capture the carefree attitude of the Tiki Lifestyle.

The Mountain views are nothing short of breathtaking. because of the over-sized corner lot near the end of a culdesac,Tiki Dunes is set back nicely with virtually no through traffic. The light pollution is so minimal at Tiki Dunes, you're sure to see some amazing meteor showers when the time is right.

In addition to a wide assortment of board games, Tiki Dunes offers a Playstation 4, 100 Mb+ internet, beach cruisers, yard games, a full BBQ area, and a high-speed printer.

The Desert Estates region of Palm Springs is known for being quiet and secluded but just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. There are numerous bike paths to take you where you need to go. Uber and Lyft drivers are also pletiful.

All Responsible Party's must be 25 or older. Noise ordinances are very strict in Palm Springs. If music is heard from the property line, there is a $500 fine and the guests may be asked to leave. All music needs to remain indoors. No parties are allowed onsite. A max of 8 guests may stay overnight with an additional 6 guests allowed onsite during the day. No confetti is allowed on premise as it destroys the pool components. Pets are allowed for a $50 fee per pet. If there is hair left on the furniture or there are any stains, additional fees will be witheld from the security deposit.

Responsible Party signing on the contract must be 25 years of age per Local Palm Springs Regulations. Groups of guests under 25 years of age must have at least one Parent or Gaurdian present onsite. There are absolutely no outdoor speakers or excessive noise of any kind allowed. If music is audible at any of the property lines, neighbors have the right to call in a complaint with the Palm Springs Short Term Rental Compliance Department. This will result in an immediate $500 fine, loss of deposit, and termination of the guests stay, regardless of remaining number of days in the booking. This is a non-negotiable rule. Thanks for understanding.

• NO MUSIC or SOUND (TV, cell phone, radio, etc) are allowed outside at any time. Any type of SOUND from any sound producing device is not allowed outside of your Vacation Rental unit. This includes music coming from the inside of the home that can be heard outside. If your neighbors can hear the noise, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.

• While NO MUSIC or SOUND (TV, cell phone, radio, etc) are allowed outside at any time, QUIET TIME is between 10pm and 10am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use low voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.

• POOL TIME is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful.

• A CALL from the neighbors to the City will bring Code Compliance Officers to your door. Our officers may issue you a citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. So please, keep the noise down and be considerate of the neighbors. You may be on vacation, but other occupants in homes around your vacation home may not be. WHOSE CAR IS THAT Only ONE vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. Utilize driveway and/or garage when PARKING your vehicle before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access.

Palm Springs requires that all dogs be on a LEASH whenever they are outside, except in the City’s Dog Park. Also, we expect everyone to pick up after their pet. NEVER leave your pet unattended in a vehicle; it is illegal all year long. And just like at home, a barking or whining dog disturbs the neighbors.

    Photos are deceptive. Amenities were poorly maintained. Peeling laminate in kitchen, not clean, and broken furniture. Host was responsive but owner needs to invest in upkeep of property!

    Check in was easy-peasy, Kyle was the perfect host! We enjoyed the stay very much, it was just what we were looking for. Had planned to spend some time in town but enjoyed the pool, the kitchen and the comfy home so much we just stayed in and relaxed.

    Tiki Dunes was exactly what I was hoping it would be for our quick weekend getaway. The family loved the interior decor and it had all the amenities one could ask for. Beds were comfortable and the backyard was perfect for the kids and the dogs. The location was quiet and close to downtown for dinners, drinks etc. the host Kyle was helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I’d stay here again for sure.
