Great location for Garden of the Gods, downtown activities and even a day trip to Breckenridge. Very responsive hosts and everything about the house was cozy.

First, the positives... the location is wonderful, close to almost everything and in the heart of the city near restaurants. The home is spacious. Struggles...the home is not toddler or younger child friendly. Broken chair and swing on the front porch, peeling paint throughout the home, steep stairs with a stair runner that is not connected to all the steps, electrical outlets that are loose, one fire extinguisher dated 1984, tile countertop in the kitchen with old grout that can not be cleaned out properly, and the cooking pans are scratched. This place has the potential to be amazing but needs work and updating.

We had a great trip and the house was perfect. Old house charm with all the comforts you could want. Location across from CC was great for us and still walking distance from downtown. Family spaces were awesome for gathering, playing games, and dining together.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this quaint, beautiful old home! It was the perfect size for our sisters and mom trip, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The home was full of character and charm, making it a cozy and memorable place to stay. The hosts were fantastic, always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, which made our experience even better. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to everything we wanted to do. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family getaway!Would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a cozy, welcoming spot for a special trip.

This house has a great location by Colorado college. The inside is spacious and decorated with all sorts of interesting art from the owners’ travels around the world. The downstairs has plenty of space to relax and eat a meal with friends and family. We did a little cooking and found we had all the basics you would expect in a full size kitchen. When we had some minor trouble with bathroom and Internet, it was easy to get some help. We all slept well and found the house very comfortable, quiet, and private.

We had an amazing stay at the Tiger Lair. The location was perfect for walking into the quaint downtown area to do some shopping and have some delicious food. And it was a short drive to Garden of the Gods to see the beauty and wonder of the landforms in the area. The house had everything we needed and a lot of extra details that made it a delight. Highly recommend.

great sitting areas for a large group to connect, only downside was no a/c, ceiling fans did their best, location a bit wonky but we were away most of the time, great interior and good room sizes

Pre-stay booking and communication was great. We were excited to stay there. The morning of the reservation, the property manager and I communicated numerous times via text. All systems were go. Two hours before the check in time of 4 pm, we received a text stating, “ I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, we need to cancel your reservation due to an unexpected delay with a major maintenance task. The kitchen is currently completely torn apart, and it's clear the unit won't be ready in time for your stay.” This was either untrue or they chose to not disclose what was happening earlier, which would have allowed us time to make other plans. Two hours notice is unacceptable. While they refunded our fees, they were unsympathetic to the situation they put us in and unwilling to offset any of the additional expenses we accrued due to their dishonest communication. Finally, felt like this deserved a phone call vs a Chat GPT generated text message. I would proceed with caution when booking here.

The house was centrally located to the activities we were interested in doing…Pikes Peak, stand up paddleboarding at Quail Lake, and Garden of the Gods. There were 6 off us and we were able to spread out. Property was as described. A beautiful home and a gracious host who was very communicative and friendly. The whole family enjoyed the stay, despite the Colorado heat we are not accustomed to, which was also our only complaint.

This rental was perfect! It is an ideal location for exploring Colorado Springs and the surrounding area! We felt so close to all the things we wanted to see. There were plenty of supplies, like toilet paper, for our 4 night stay which is sometimes lacking in other rentals. Special shout out to the Dale Street Bistro next door where we got delicious take out our last night which was so convenient since we were exhausted from our trip.
