the private, gated resort community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland,

California. Just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, this

peaceful mountain retreat offers modern comforts, scenic decks for outdoor

relaxation, and a full-home backup generator that automatically powers the

house during outages—so your stay stays comfortable and uninterrupted no

matter the conditions.

Located in the private, gated community of Pine Mountain Lake, guests enjoy

lake with boating, a marina, Lake Lodge, Dunn Court Beach, an 18-hole golf

course, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, horseback riding, a pro

shop, a community pool, and a country club with dining.



Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security and exclusive access to resort-style amenities.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
