Three-Story Luxury, Spa-Like Baths, Media and Game Rooms, Hot Tub Next to Beach!

Great views, nice place. PROS: The house is beautiful with great views of the ocean. Nicely appointed furnishings and games. The outdoor shower was awesome! Good location, close (walk) to get coffee. Our family had a wonderful time there celebrating a birthday. CONS: The place was a bit dirty still. Floor, hair in bathrooms. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or the kitchen. Only two rolls of paper towels and a few trash bags were provided. Stains on the pillows and couch. Also, you can hear everything on all floors. Noise on the top floor can be heard all the way down to the lowest floor. We found a broom to clean the floor, but it was unusable. Overall, great place but needs more attention to cleaning and providing cleaning products-soap, broom. Final note: a recycle bin would have been nice too.

No colander in the kitchen. No drink/juice glasses. Floor was swept but not mopped. Socks were dirty quickly. No dresser or luggage racks in one of the bedrooms. Had to live out of our suit cases on the floor. I emailed these and a few other concerns to host and never got a reply. Having said that. The place is really pretty nice. Just wish the host was more responsive to our constructive comments. Host fees were very high so one would think they could taken the time to respond.

Wonderful location and house! The house had a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed for our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The upper level is so spacious and has beautiful views of the ocean. The bedrooms are all comfortable; our girls loved the bunk beds. There is plenty of entertainment between the hot tub and the game room. We're looking forward to staying there again.

Loved this house! Only issues were the housekeeper was still cleaning during our check in time, but the house was very clean. The check out time is 10 am which is earlier than standard. We requested a later checkout but didn’t get a response in time, so we just left by 10 am.

Perfect house! So clean, lots of fun things to do, well stocked with everything you could need

Wonderful very new, great layout, unexpected extras for our families!!! Everybody loved the game garage and close to beach Great beds and beddings. Modern features are a great plus. Cookware nonstick was very damaged. No oil for cooking. Coffee maker filter coffee maker did not have filter. Very Could use some more kitchen utensils like larger spoons for serving, Chicken

Very large beautiful home ! Large, clean, next to the beach with an amazing beach view, and lots of activities inside the home . Will come again Paul
