Three-Story Getaway w/ Fireplaces & Free WiFi plus Lake & Mountain Views

Great view. Wonderful places to eat and play games. Not central air and has baseboard heating. Broken bed in kids room Single bed door knob on twin bed in basement is coming loose Cooler in the double queen room upstairs froze over and leaked water all over the floor Internet up stairs does not work great Dishwasher didn’t work and they said they would give us a reduction on that afterward but haven’t contacted us.

Upon arrival to this property it was clear that not much cleaning had been done: toilets were dirty; beds weren't properly made, there were hairs on sheets and brown dirty stains, dead insects all over the house. Very bare minimum cleaning was done. Additionally insects were all over the house! In the bathrooms, rooms, kitchen. There were lots of bees around the deck, which made it hard to enjoy the outdoor space. This house desperately needs some pest control. The bathroom door on the main floor is broken, so you have to lock the laundry room door to use the bathroom. The property also has portable AC units in some of the rooms, not all. If you are going during hot summer days, the house may be hot. Also, FYI the property management for this property is Vacasa. Unfortunately you are not directly communicating with a person and it was frustrating. I requested an early check in, I was told that we would be able to check in between 1-2pm if the house was ready. We arrived at the property at 3:30pm, 30 minutes before check in and we couldn’t check in. Vacasa kept telling us that they couldn’t let us in because of the code programming. Eventually I escalated the situation since we were outside the house with a newborn and toddlers and they approved the 30 min early check in. Customer service was poor and agents on the phone were not very nice. The only positive thing about this house was honestly the views. They were amazing!

Nice large home that suited our family well. The recently added air conditioning units are a great add and made it much more comfortable for our stay in the month of August. Some easy maintenance items are needed. REALLY needs to be sprayed for bugs and spiders.

Great location & plenty of space for our family.

the AC was not working the best in the upstairs bedrooms and staff had put 3 portable AC unit to help cool the rooms. the first night the units froze and stopped working. I texted the number and was told a ticket as made and would hear from someone in the morning. the next morning I texted again and they someone would be there any time. Also let then know when we open the front door there was a swarm hornet. we had 7 children and 7 adults and we didn't want to have someone stung. They said they would send someone right over.That night I texted again and told them I was really frustrated because we still had not heard from anyone! They can back and said kindly bare with us. it is definitely not the kind of experience that we want you to have We took and clean the filters on the portable AC unit so and got them working!!! I don't know we are in charge of repair will we stay at a vacation home!!! If you like fixing and repairing then this is the home you want to vacation in!!!

The location and views are stunning! It snowed probably a foot while we were there between Christmas and New Year's, and there is a perfect sledding hill literally right out the front door. The kids all had a blast! The house was a really great size for our group (10 adults and 8 little kids) and it was nice to have 3 levels so that we could put little ones down for naps in the quiet basement. We sent some suggestions on to the owners of things that might be nice for future stays and they responded quickly and kindly.

lovely house, a lot of nature!

The property was great and we really enjoyed staying there. However, there were many things that needed to be addressed: broken blinds in the main room, A/C provided by portable A/C and fans located throughout the house, BBQ needs to be cleaned and propane tank refilled, couch in main area is a few visits away from breaking down.
