Bear Lake Boat House

House was fully stocked with everything needed. The kitchen had everything needed for prep, cooking, serving and clean up...loved the double dishwashers. large refrigerator snd freezer, and four readily accessible garbage cans. Host was the best we have ever worked with; service was impeccable. It was a very enjoyable stay!!!

Check in was easy.Everything was as promised.Nothing misleading.Would stay here again.The kitchen and gathering area was a favorite of our stay. I suggest that the Listing Manager insert more pics of this area.

This is such a beautiful home with plenty of room for everything. The double washers, dryers and dishwashers make such a difference. We had two babies under the age of one and several other young kids. Everyone loved this space. There was plenty of room for crafts and still had room for meals and food. We loved this property and can't wait to come back again next year. The nights on the deck were so beautiful. We really enjoyed all the outdoor furniture and being able to enjoy the sunsets. Bear Lake is mesmerizing!

Overall the property was in good condition, was VERY well stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were not very comfortable but there were a lot of them. We were asked to do a LOT of chores.

The house is gorgeous! The view was spectacular! The house was very clean, very well-equipped and could easily handle our large crowd of 35. It was well-thought out with fun lofts, almost hidden nooks, and extra equipment, such as bikes and lake equipment, for our use. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and it was conveniently located. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. Our time there will be a treasured memory for our whole family.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family reunion! There was 26 of us and we had all we needed here. TP and soap and shampoo stuff was all stocked up. The bunk beds were bigger than we expected and the rope beds are thankfully fully attached to the ground, the ropes are just for looks. Speaking of looks, the Boat House is beautiful and has an amazing view of Bear Lake. We had tons of space to hang out on the deck or in the great room and kitchen area. I loved that there were 3 booth tables to sit at in addition to a large dining table. There's also 2 dishwashers. There's a huge fridge, and a huge pantry with a spare fridge. Everyone also loved the 2 drinking fountains in the house, with the kitchen fountain including a bottle filling feature. I also made use of some of the beach equipment and golf clubs they had for checkout. Be prepared to navigate the driveway, it's very steep and has narrow turns, but we took our trucks and a suburban up and down it every day. I highly recommend getting some boating in if you are staying here, the lake is amazing. We booked a slip at the Marina, which is 5 minutes down the hill. Since we stayed in July, we had to get a bunch of us to try to reserve the slip at the same time and got lucky. I think they open the reservation window at 8am, 3 months in advance. The host, Brooke, was very responsive and answered a million questions. I really wish I could come back and relax here for the rest of the summer!

The home is open and well planned, lots of room, great kitchen that is easy to work in with many other people. Huge fridge, and good second fridge. Lots of table space for meals. It accommodates many and has such a wonderful view of the lake. I love the home! The driveway is a bit of a challenge, as I read in other reviews, but it is okay, and we still fit our seven cars with a bit of effort. There were a few things we needed to contact the host about and she responded quickly and took care of them. It’s one I would rent again.

This home was everything we hoped it would be. We had the best time and will be staying here again!

This is a beautiful home with many amenities, the kitchen especially had all the things you need and more. Double dishwashers, refrigerators and garbage bins were great. The views are breathtaking and there was plenty of room for our group of 22 to enjoy. The older children enjoyed the game room and we had a family movie night enjoying the big screen. We loved, loved, loved the water fountains with the bottle fills. Communication with manager was great and thanks for leaving s'mores ingredients for us--we enjoyed making s'mores over firepit. The slide was a big hit with the children. It was so nice to have beach towels and chairs available to use. A couple of things: the driveway is very scary because of the steepness and the angles. As a grandparent, I like furniture with more comfort, higher back chairs, sofas to relax in. The majority of the furiture is low back and not that comfortable to sit in. The number of helmets didn't match the number of bikes. The mattresses in both masters were very difficult to sleep on because they were so hard. All in all this is a very very nice vacation home that we would definitely rent again.

We had 15 of us and this house is AMAZING!! It’s so clean and beautiful, has tons of room for everyone to have their own space, super well stocked, and so much to do at the house! The theatre room was awesome and the kids enjoyed the games and just playing on the deck. The view from the house is spectacular! The check in and check out is easy and Brooke is very very nice and very prompt in responding. She’s excellent to work with! Having two ovens, two fridges, two washers and dryers, four kitchen garbages, two drinking fountains, etc. was perfect!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house was! The only thing I would change if I could was the driveway. It’s a challenge for larger vehicles. But, a perfect home! Thank you, Brooke! We loved our stay!
