Perfectly located in Three Rivers, this tucked-away escape feels like your own little woodland retreat. Sip coffee beneath towering trees, listen for songbirds, and watch for deer and other wildlife on the beautiful grounds. Set back from a quiet street for extra peace and privacy—yet minutes to town for food, coffee, and supplies. Just 6 miles to the Sequoia National Park entrance!
The space
Light and bright single story home surrounded by nature and packed with all of the modernamenities to keep you and your crew cooking like you're at home and connected for an evening of streaming your favorite shows. There is a separate guesthouse, or casita (we fancy) rental on the property that shares the side gate for its access. If you'd like to rent both the main house and the guesthouse (casita) you can do so. If renting the main house only, please leave parking spaces clear directly in front of the guesthouse (last time…casita) for their parking convenience.
Guest access
There are a couple of host closets in the house that are not for guest use. Also the garage and one small outdoor shed are for host access only. Other than that, the rest of the place is yours to explore and enjoy.
Other things to note
This property shares land with a small guesthouse (Casita Kaweah). You may see a vehicle on property that belongs to other guests enjoying their stay in the casita.

Please limit disposal of trash into outdoor bin during your stay. This will help reduce the likelihood of bears making a mess of the trash.

We arrived on 30 Sep 2025 and were so lucky that the NPS kept the parks opened to the public during the budget shutdown. There were 6 in our vacation to Sequoia National Park and Kings Caynon National Park…we had a wonderful time staying at three oaks! The modern open concept house was very clean, the beds and linens were comfortable and luxurious. This Home had all the conveniences we needed to make this our base. During breakfast we enjoyed watching the deer, partridges, beautiful birds and the gaggle of turkeys. In the late afternoons we watched the woodpeckers do their thing! This home was so convenient to the park and we absolutely loved walking the trails around the majestic sequoia and redwood tress. The trip was on my bucket list and my husband, sister and brother along with their spouses made our 50th wedding anniversary the best! I highly recommend this property and host…it was the best! Thank you

This house is spectacular. The location is convenient for day trips to Sequoia National Park & Kings Canyons. The house is close to all of the things there are to do in Three Rivers. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the home was. It is beautiful and cozy. The kitchen is large and well appointed. Although we weren't there long enough to make meals it seems that everything you would need is there. The wildlife is abundant. We saw deer each morning traveling from the front yard to the back. Quail, woodpecker, wild turkeys and squirrels were roaming the property. The property is very peaceful. In the early mornings we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. The hosts, Jim & Damielle we more than accommodating and we were made aware that our comfort was their priority. I do want to mention that I was hesitant to book this property because it didn't have many reviews. Honestly, I couldn't tell what agency I was looking at or booking through as Vrbo, Hotels.com and Expedia have merged into One Key. It's rather confusing. I am so glad I did as it's a gem. Book this property.....you won't be sorry!

The house was comfortable with an open floor plan and all cabinets labeled for your convenience. The yard was the bonus with a covered patio and space to enjoy.

The house is beautiful and well-equipped. It was wonderful to sit in the yard (both back and front) and see quail, turkeys, deer, woodpeckers, etc. It is very convenient to Sequoia National Park. I would highly recommend it!
