Stayed Sep 30, 2025We arrived on 30 Sep 2025 and were so lucky that the NPS kept the parks opened to the public during the budget shutdown. There were 6 in our vacation to Sequoia National Park and Kings Caynon National Park…we had a wonderful time staying at three oaks! The modern open concept house was very clean, the beds and linens were comfortable and luxurious. This Home had all the conveniences we needed to make this our base. During breakfast we enjoyed watching the deer, partridges, beautiful birds and the gaggle of turkeys. In the late afternoons we watched the woodpeckers do their thing! This home was so convenient to the park and we absolutely loved walking the trails around the majestic sequoia and redwood tress. The trip was on my bucket list and my husband, sister and brother along with their spouses made our 50th wedding anniversary the best! I highly recommend this property and host…it was the best! Thank you

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house is spectacular. The location is convenient for day trips to Sequoia National Park & Kings Canyons. The house is close to all of the things there are to do in Three Rivers. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the home was. It is beautiful and cozy. The kitchen is large and well appointed. Although we weren't there long enough to make meals it seems that everything you would need is there. The wildlife is abundant. We saw deer each morning traveling from the front yard to the back. Quail, woodpecker, wild turkeys and squirrels were roaming the property. The property is very peaceful. In the early mornings we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. The hosts, Jim & Damielle we more than accommodating and we were made aware that our comfort was their priority. I do want to mention that I was hesitant to book this property because it didn't have many reviews. Honestly, I couldn't tell what agency I was looking at or booking through as Vrbo, Hotels.com and Expedia have merged into One Key. It's rather confusing. I am so glad I did as it's a gem. Book this property.....you won't be sorry!
