Three Bedroom, Two Bath Just Two Blocks to Golf or Beach in Manzanita!

Good locations. Comfortable bedrooms.

Cute and clean house not far from the beach and town. Super comfortable living room and a great table for jigsaw puzzles with the family.A couple of blocks from the beach and access was a little tricky, but totally manageable and you can definitely go to sleep to the sounds of the ocean with the windows open.Thank you for helping to make our family trip so special!

This was okay but maybe just a step above camping. The furniture in the living room and dining room was comfortable. The fireplace was nice but we didn't use it. There were a lot of cups but only 3 tall glasses and a couple of juice glasses. We bought plastic ware to use. No crab tools. The fitted sheets did not fit the bed and wrinkled when in bed. Also, they looked old because the print was faded. If it had been my place, I would have used only white sheets throughout. This was a pet friendly place but no fenced yard and carpets throughout. We took our Ex-pens and were able to fence off part of the yard to let the dogs out. There was no place to put dog food and water bowls unless you put them outside, in the bathroom or small kitchen which were not carpeted. Few towels, not enough for 6 people. No internet available.

It was not as clean as I had hoped but it wasn't dirty either. The house had a terrible smell to it, which only started going away after we opened up all the windows. It was really old and seemed like everything was falling apart. Also, we arrived 3 minutes early and we couldn't get in. I know there is a check-in time but this is the first place that didn't allow any buffer for if people arrive THREE minutes early. I found that to be ridiculous. Otherwise, location was really good - no complaints there.

Pros: Great location for us, near Nehalem Bay boat launch. Nice home that fit our needs. Ocean about a block or so. Enjoyed the new couch and chair. Beds had great mattresses. Very clean. QUITE neighborhood. Cons: We were notified the wash machine was not working as we were driving to Manzanita. I told manager this was a MUST for us as we intended to clam and crab everyday (6 days) with wet clothing multiple times a day. Management promptly told me that if I had read their policy if something like that happened they weren't responsible for making sure it was fixed during our stay...which was 6 days! I was hoping at that point, since we hadn't even check in that they would offer to put us in a different home. They didn't. Machine wasn't fixed or replaced during our 6 days. AND...there were only 2 dish towels provided, NO kitchen dishrags, NO bathroom small face cloth...so we had to use a bathroom TOWEL to do dishes and wipe counters etc. 1 sponge was provided that after one day cleaning up after clams and crabs was not sanitary enough to do further cleaning safely. This is our only complaint and it was due to poor management and not due to the house or property owner. Suggestions: Though the mattresses were very good, the twin beds have a horrible squeak to even the smallest of movements. The box spring or bed frame or something needs to be replaced. Overall: Loved everything except lack of kitchen towels, kitchen rags and bathroom face cloths, no wash machine.

The house was comfortable and clean. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. A short walk to the beach and in to town. We were a block away from the golf course and wished we had brought our clubs! Very quiet neighborhood. Felt like we were all alone. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Very relaxing and the house was perfect for us. My grandsons loved being a guest in your home. We will book again!
