Three Bedroom Townhome with Loft Just Steps Away from the Beach! Seagrape Village 3

This was such a lovely place to stay. Super clean and supplied with literally everything you would need. Even dish soap, laundry pods and bathroom supplies. The storage unit had anything you would want for the beach. Beautiful view off the back screened In porch. Short path right to the beach. The pool was small but very nice. Great location. Our family felt right at home. We loved biking, paddle boarding and of course the gorgeous beach. We saw manatee, dolphins, starfish, turtles and tons of beautiful shells. We highly recommend staying here. Royal Shell proved true on everything they said the house was and more. They were super easy to deal with and made our stay stress free. We can't wait to come again!

Great location with beach two minute walk away and semi-private pool The place could have been a little cleaner and some basics like kitchen towels and cleaning products were not there. The delivery of groceries from Baileys General store (before we arrived at 8PM) was a major plus.

Great location, nice house, perfect beach.

As listed. Superb location. Secluded on dead end street. Only drawback would be tight parking if you have larger vehicle.

Great time and very nice home. We had a great time and were very impressed with everything, and the location is great! The only annoyance was the neighbors in the other home. They had a construction crew for 3 days using impact drills and compressors. Not exactly peaceful. I understand this nothing to do with this property, we just got unlucky on our timing. We will be coming back!

Perfect for our group. Private pool was excellent, beach view and easy walk there.

Magical escape.

This was a great location on the island, just a half mile walk to the lighthouse. We did have a few issues, but Royal Shell was all over it. I do not blame the owners of the property or Royal Shell for the issues. If they were not made aware of them, they could not have them fixed. Once I made the call, they They fixed and corrected everything while being very concerned about disrupting our stay. They were polite and very prompt at making our stay wonderful. I will book with them again next year for sure!!

Our 3rd time visiting Sanibel. 2nd time at Seagrape Village. I love the ease of the rental process using the App. Seagrape #3 was great! 1 issue with air conditioning but was remedied within a couple hours. We love the location and the close proximity to the ocean & the pool. Highly recommend Seagrape Village. Until next time?

Condo was 50 yards from beach. Cleanliness was an issue. Steps were falling apart.
