Relax on your Florida vacation in this beautiful gulf front, first living level, corner unit overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Compass Point 191 s newly updated, attractive and comfortable, and has 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, Sanibel Island vacation condo, (the third bedroom is a separate den that has 2 twin beds, its own TV and a pocket door for added privacy). Freshly painted and new wood-look tile throughout, this condo is an upscale getaway with plantation style shutters, updated kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining table easily seats 6 and there are 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The living room features a large, wall-mounted, flat screen TV and opens onto a spacious screened lanai where you can enjoy the sunset while dining. The living room has all new furniture as of 11/2019. The lanai also has a spiral staircase that leads down to a fully-furnished cabana, complete with TV and bathroom with walk-in shower and a/c. The cabana offers direct access to the beach as well as a mini kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new bedding, beautiful views of the nearby beach and a master en-suite with a separate garden tub and a large walk-in shower. There is a new queen bed in the guest room with flat panel TV. The remodeled guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Amenities include washer/dryer, 5 TVs, and free wi-fi.

The Compass Pointe complex is a mid-size complex located on Middle Gulf Drive. It offers a heated swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard, elevators, gas BBQ grills and a boardwalk to the beach. It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, 26 miles of paved bike paths, nature preserves, fishing, and golf.
