This cozy home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths along with Central Air Conditioning and wireless internet , Enjoy peace and tranquility in this quiet residential neighborhood of Chatham. This home iscentrally located, just a short distance to Town, bike path, ponds and beaches.

On the right side of the house there is a master bedroom with a Queen bed and private bath with shower. Across the hall there is a bedroom with Double bed and one Twin and a third bedroom with a Bunkbed (2 Twins). There is second bath with tub and shower near the kitchen and livingroom area. The livingroom has plenty of comfortable seating with cable television.

From the dining area step out to a nice sunny rear deck with outdoor dining table and charcoal grill along with an enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy the spotless kitchen which was recently updated with stainless steel appliances.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
