We love Sitting on the lower dock on the river. It is a peaceful retreat. As always we gound the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting. Martha Murray staff are always cheerful and helpful. Comm inaction is easy.we have always had great experiences with them.

The staff at Martha Murray are beyond accommodating, they called us the day before our arrival to let us know the house would be ready at 10:00am. (Like having an extra day!)

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The house has everything you need and is more spacious than I assumed. The views are absolutely beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a cape getaway.

I called confused on the teach she’d and they were going to come on a Sunday to figure it out for me - I figured it out though! The home itself has wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The dock area is all you really need for hanging out on a nice day. It’s close to the beaches and restaurants that we like on the southside, yet only a quick ride to the northside if you want to hit Mayflower or Chapin‘s. It’s a quiet home away from the neighbors, great for entertaining other visitors, or just relaxing. The master bedroom was perfect with the laundry and a nice private bathroom, plenty of closet space as well. The house itself was super clean and well decorated, much nicer than most Cape rentals as far as that goes.
