Stayed Jun 5, 2021We love Captiva. We love Sunset Captiva. This is our fifth time staying in Sunset Captiva but first time in this house. This house has a great location and as they say good bones. But needs some work. Five main areas needed: 1) Fix/Improve Air Conditioner. Didn't keep place cool, 2) Update furniture - showing its age, 3) Add more windows for natural light (I think you don't because of AC issues) 4) Quit using cheapers Home Depot cabinet and counters 5) Give it more of a beach theme/decor. Current colors/decorations is generic.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice location especially if you like to play tennis or pickle ball. Very clean. Lots of beds. Bathrooms and kitchen newly remodeled. Only small complaint is that it needs more silverware and wine glasses. Would definitely go back to this house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We love shelling and Captiva is the ideal place. The neighborhood is quiet and has nice pool and tennis court which we also live.

Stayed Feb 23, 2019We were very comfortable in this unit. Had to call housekeeping to clean the floors; kitchen could have been stocked better. For the most part, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
