Stayed Aug 2, 2024We loved our stay for our family gathering. The kitchen was set up perfectly. Lots of seating and sleeping areas. Beautiful porches and great wildlife viewing from the house. Close to Hot Springs, parks, Grand Lake.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024The house was clean, spacious, and conveniently located to Rocky Mountain National Park and all the other activities located in and around Grand Lake. The house has plenty of space and activities for the children The adults enjoyed socializing on the porches.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023Janna was accommodating and kind and, best of all, incredibly responsive, even though we had to make a last-minute change with our reservation numbers over the holidays. The property itself was magical—covered with snow yet accessible, quiet and secluded but not far from everything Grand Lake has to offer. For our purposes, as college friends who’ve moved all over the country but still come home to CO for the holidays, it was a wonderful retreat for both our core group and the kids we ended up bringing along. Thanks again for such a wonderful memory, and if we decide to come back to Grand Lake in the future, we’ll be sure to check the availability of this property again!
