Our "Comfy I" apartment is part of a renovated historic duplex built in 1910! Located in Weinland Park, you can easily walk to many trendy spots like Condado, BrewDog, and more!
Our duplex next door is also available (Urban I and Urban II).
We host cats and dogs for $35/pet/day. See allowable dog breeds below.
2 parking spots are available directly behind your side of the home. On-street parking is $3/day.
Pet and parking fees will be adjusted after the reservation is made.

For security purposes, we require a photo along with a valid driver's license during the booking process.
We are currently not hosting local residents.
There is an additional guest fee per person/night for the 4th guest and up. The guest fee will be calculated on the quote breakdown when entering the correct guest count into the reservation or inquiry. Only registered, paying overnight guests are permitted at the residence. The guest fees allow us to offer the home at cost effective prices to small and large groups (example, a home can sleep 10+ guests but a lower rate allows 2-4 guests to rent it as well). Please ensure you have the correct guest count and make any changes before the start of your reservation. Refunds for additional guest fees are under the host’s discretion.
Pet dogs and cats are allowed for a $35 fee per dog per day, max $200/month per dog. We will adjust pet fees over 1 day after your reservation is made. Please notify us upon booking if you are bringing your pet. Pet damages/stains are subject to additional fees for replacement, etc. For insurance purposes, please confirm your pet is not one of the following: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrids, Presa Canarios, or any mix of these breeds/any dog with a bite history.
Some sound can travel between the two sides of the duplex. We observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM. If there is a noise issue, please feel free to contact us and vice versa, we will contact you. If you perceive noise will be an issue, please consider renting a home that does not have another unit under the same roof.
Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit.
There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back porches of the house and no bathroom on the first floor.
Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities- we cannot 100% guarantee that the vacation rental is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity.
House guests have parking for the 2 spots directly behind your side of the duplex – please stay on your half of the parking lot. On-street parking requires a permit and is $3/day.
$29.00 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee is REQUIRED for all reservations. Damage waiver covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage. Damages deemed intentional or by negligence will not be covered by the damage waiver and will be the sole responsibility of the guest. If Ozone machines are needed due to strong odors of any sort, a $500.00 fee will be incurred by the guest.
For your safety and protection of the home, there are exterior cameras located on the front and rear of the home. There are no interior cameras.
We are available to guests by email, phone, or text. For urgent matters, please **call** us after 10 pm. We know our neighborhood very well and care about our community- let us know when you need something or have questions!
The Short North Arts District is one of the Midwest’s best kept secrets. There is a huge variety of unique shops, bars and restaurants, and art galleries along High Street and a number of annual events that take place year-round. We have a thorough list of recommendations in the house to local bakeries, cafes, and restaurants.
You will have access to your side of the duplex and the fenced backyard. The backyard and parking are shared with the other side of the duplex.
Upon entering this duplex, you will find the front entrance room with a twin bed. Note this is the third bedroom and has a door for privacy (we recommend using the rear door as the front door for more privacy). A doorway connects this front room to the living room and kitchen area in the back of the house. The smart TV, sans cable service, is set up for your personal streaming accounts. The kitchen is supplied with every tool and small appliance you need to prepare a decent meal, along with some cooking staples such as olive oil, salt, and pepper. We also have a coffee machine with Folgers coffee, teas, creamer, and sugar.
The second floor of the duplex is where you will find the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. Each bedroom is spacious and has a queen-sized bed. The full bathroom has a shower bath.
The washer and dryer are in the unfinished basement of the house and can be accessed by the door between the front bedroom and the living room.
This duplex has a porch in the front of the house. The fenced-in backyard is shared with the other half of the duplex and has a grill for cooking out along with outdoor seating and a fire pit.

There is a ton to do on High Street and the up-and-coming N. 4th Street. It's super easy to get around using any GPS mapping.
Local Tip: Columbus meter maids love to give tickets- read the parking street signs in the downtown area and on neighborhood streets!

We had a lot of stresses going on and having a place to come to in the middle of the holidays was great we just moved away from Ohio so during our visit we were able to catch-up with old friends and family and empty a couple storage units we had been paying for so that helped so much rowe was extremely great a quick response and when we extended our stay she was right there to guide us thru the process the house had everything we needed and more!
We had a great stay and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend anyone stay there.

The house was warm and welcoming. We found the beds quite comfortable. The snacks were much appreciated by my teenagers. I enjoyed the tea the most. It sounds small but my life is so busy I never get the chance to relax in bed with a nice hot cup of tea. We plan to revisit in the future ?. Many thanks!
This was a lovely apartment within walking distance or short drive to everything. Uber was very easy to get quickly. Management was very kind and responded promptly to all matters. The only issues we noticed is-as it is a duplex-you can hear just about everything going on in the other side..but that’s to be expected if you have ever stayed in a duplex. The only other issue was the back sidewalk from the parking space to the house could be fixed. It’s very uneven and broken in places making it a little difficult to walk on at night after having a fire in the lovely back yard. Over all this is 5* place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone!

The house was exactly as described. Perfect for us and included everything we needed. It’s in a great location and the walk to campus for the game was easy. The added perk of parking in the back was also great. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here on a Saturday night, to attend a concert at Ohio Stadium. Easy walk to campus, house was well kept and cozy.

Comfy 1 was very clean and comfortable. It is one side of a duplex, but I never noticed the neighbors. Beds and extra pillows made for a relaxing night's sleep after hectic days at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The Short-North location made meals and shopping easy for meet-ups with others. The host was easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this home.
Very tidy and spacious condo is equipped with everything you need. With a comfy bed and an excellent bathroom, my partner especially enjoyed the water pressure in the shower. We had way more space than we needed but it was perfect for the two of us. The property is part of a duplex and even though we had neighbors, you couldn't hear them. Rowe Rentals has done a great job as a host and there when you needed them, we had a great stay!

Conveniently located near OSU, which we were touring; this place had everything we needed. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Definitely recommend it for anyone, especially for a little getaway to explore the city of Columbus. The local food trucks, which are within walking distance, have to be tried out!!

This is a darling little duplex in a busy section of Cbus. There is much traffic on the front side, where 2 of the bedrooms are; but, if you're a heavy sleeper, no worries! You can also see planes descending to the airport. MANY little eateries & shops within walking distance; Condado Tacos is EXCELLENT! There's also a DiCarlos Pizza around the corner!! Seems like a delightful, bustling neighborhood. The duplex is cozy & homey, but beware: staircase to 2nd floor is narrow & steep; wouldn't want to stumble down those in the middle of the night!? Tub faucet was little lose, & you can see a few ceiling stains from water leaks; but, otherwise, it is clean and comfy! Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!
Great spot , convenient to short north. Warning. The programable thermostat was set to 60 degrees at midnight… that was a unpleasant surprise.. the 1st night..
Felt like we were staying in a good friend’s home. Lived-in and older but very clean and equipped with attentive owners. You quickly get over the alleyway access to rear parking which was not a problem at all. It was near everything! We will definitely be back.

Great weekend in Columbus. Property was perfect for me and my friends visiting for a football game.
We were in town for a conference so we didn't stay at the property a whole lot, but we enjoyed the time we did have. The place was quaint and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was in a convenient location as well.
Nice home central to Short North and downtown. Fun decor, nice amenities. Property manager was responsive when one small issue arose. She promptly addressed.
