This was a great stay and everything we needed! It was clean, comfortable, well- stocked, and a convenient location.

To one accustomed to stying in private homes and that expectation, this property is not for me. This is at best a low end rental neighborhood, overgrown yards, people parked in the street and while house was clean it was a cost of paint on a very rough rental duplex.We had what we needed, appliances worked and beds were okay but you would never leave a 16 year old alone. Just not what I'm used to. This is a large corporate owned owner with rough rentals on VRBO.Not what I'm used to. The contact person was helpful but automated text conflicted with the truth, once telling us the rental was canceled when we were 5 minutes away. An adult needing a place to sleep, it suits the purpose but that's it.

Photos are nice clean and crisp, property not as much. Much darker and not as clean, floors were sticky, says no smoking but there was an ash tray and end of cigar in garage. Had a funny smell, almost cat urine? Pillows... awful, I don't even know if you would call those pillows. Just not clean feeling at all. This is a duplex, surround by duplexes, all very close together, packed street, older neighborhood, seems like a rental area. The host was responsive when.messaging for checking details. I wouldn't stay here again, or recommend. Just not what I was expecting

stayed at many rb&bs & this was the 1 with worst kitchen supplies pots & pans are of awful low quality, bugs, broken furniture, etcthere are bugs

The Good:1. VA was extremely polite and tried to be as helpful as possible.2. Though clearly a remodel, the interior was well kept and clean. Needs some touch up. The Disappointments:Like one of the other VRBO's we have stayed in, the neighborhood is not the best.1. Not having the option to check in before 5pm on a travel day. We adjusted our travel plans and visits due to this limitation.2. Communications coming from 3 sources (VRBO, Rakia, and VA) was different from our previous experience and a little confusing.3. Empty soap in the upstairs hand soap dispenser - just enough for 2 hand washes in the pump. 4. Instructions stating that there would only be enough paper product for our stay makes one wonder. We arrived to find inadequate toilet paper (down stairs bathroom - enough for barely 2 uses/less than 24 hours) and paper towels (less than a quarter roll, which we used in the downstairs bathroom, upstairs bathroom - same situation - fortunately, i carry paper towels in my car, which we used)Skimping on inexpensive and essential paper products is unacceptable.4. broken bed frame in bedroom 1.5. double beds instead of queen. However, i found the beds very comfortable and slept well our first night.6. water flow rate (pressure) in the kitchen was slower than a typical water fountain.
