Guests have full access to the front unit. There is a back unit that is separate. The two units share laundry.

The driveway is also shared. There is plenty of space for parking for one car in the driveway for each unit.

As you approach this cute one bedroom, duplex, you'll find a cute and cozy front porch with porch swing and a bright and inviting front door. The unit opens into the cozy living room where you'll find the cozy leather couch and comfortable chair that is situated in front of the Southwest style fireplace and 55 Smart TV. The house is centrally located, just minutes from the River and downtown. You can even walk to the River and the popular Keeper of the Plains.
