Guests have full access to the back unit. There is a front unit that is separate. The two units share laundry.

The driveway is also shared. There is plenty of space for parking for one car in the driveway for each unit.

Abode I is the back unit of a beautifully updated Duplex. It has a shared driveway with the front unit and shared laundry space. The house is centrally located, just minutes from the River and downtown. You can even walk to the River and the popular Keeper of the Plains.

This does have shared walls with the front unit, so some noise does travel between the units.
