This is IT!! Serene Beach house with private access-

Cute house right on the beach. It had everything we needed. We were just one couple but it could comfortably hold 4 adults. Great location, hosts were fantastic and very responsive. We would stay here again

Excellent location to everything we needed and wanted to do. Well stocked kitchen and house. Plenty of living space inside and out. Beautiful views and quiet beach.

Beach house was a nice place to stay for my family of four. Wonderful to stay right on the beach and watch the sunrise each morning. Even with the sliding doors closed the sound of the ocean was there. The deck was very large - great views. The lower patio was also a nice space - the swing is no longer there (a hammock would be an amazing addition). We had a great trip and the cozy beach house was comfortable to come back to after sightseeing. Host was responsive.

Beautiful home that met our expectations. Clean with lovely furnishings. Comfy beds and sofas. Kitchen is well equipped. Contact with host was on point. Quiet location, yet close proximity to tourist attractions. Highly recommend. This is now our go to place next time we're in the area. Loved it!

Everything was as advertized. Not a big house but perfect for our damily of 6. We have stayed on A1A for about 10 years now, and this house has the best beach access of all the ones we've stayed at. AC unit is also the best we've had. Deck is wobbly in spots, but not dangerous.I was sad that the swing in the pictures wasn't there!!! Overall. Great place to stay. I would stay again.

We have stayed at this wonderful property several times and we are never disappointed. It is in a great location halfway between Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. As an added benefit, there is a nature preserve within walking distance directly across A1A. The GTM Preserve has many nice trails and kayaking available. Highly recommended.

We had a blast and already miss the beach! Host and house were great and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We enjoyed all the typical beach activities, especially hunting for shark teeth!

Third time we've stayed here. We've stayed at many places along the Vilano/S. Ponte Vedra stretch, but this is the perfect place for us. Small, quiet, clean, and it has everything we need. Really perfect!

We couldn't have found anything more perfect for us. Celebrating our 50th, this gem gave us just what we were after. The location is unbeatable, and the house is just right. Layout is great. Everything you need. Lovely yet not fussy. Hosts had a nice welcome book with tips on what to see in the area. We never left. Nature gave us all we needed to enjoy: air, water, waves, colors, shells, birds... Pelicans using updrafts to glide overhead in formation was a treat. We even had the power of a wind- and hail- filled torrential thunderstorm whip through to give another kind of appreciation of God's glory! So grateful for nice people who share their treasures.

Property is a great location, beach not crowded, even found some shark’s teeth this trip. Great hosts and property.

We had a great time staying in this quaint home on the beach. We love listening to the rolling waves and watching the sunrise over the ocean. This is a very quiet beach house without many people on the beach when we were there. All the amenities were there and readily available. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet sea side place to get away!

Overall it was ok. Some problems did arise. The kitchen was infested with big ants. The hall bathtub didn’t drain properly. The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work properly ( could only get one channel). The location and surrounding were good

Everything was perfect

Property was clean and very close to beach. We had beach to ourselves. We loved the privacy. The owner was a phone call away. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the commodes need to be taller.. My husband and I are in our 70’s and it makes a difference. Will definitely stay again. Loved it. We loved the privacy. House was wonderful.

There were pros and cons to this stay, so I want to be fair in this review. PROS: 1.The location is UNBEATABLE. It was gorgeous and lots of space on both sides of the property. It is a 5 out of 5 for location. 2. The hosts were very communicative and check in was very easy. CONS: 1. The pictures on the VRBO site make the rooms look larger than they are, especially the bedrooms. It felt very crammed. 2. Bugs. From the moment we entered the house, there were very large roaches on the floor. There were red ants on both the white couch and the white bedspread in the primary bedroom and there were spiders on the ceiling. This was constant and made it hard to relax. The house does not have much insulation from the outside. 3. The rugs and sofa cover felt dirty. Again, it was hard to relax. We put towels on the couch when we sat there. 4. The bunk beds are not usable. They are VERY shaky and not safe to sleep on, as well as the bottom bunk is so high that even a child could not sit on that bed without hitting their head on the wooden planks. It felt very make shift. Also, the ladder was blocked by the night stand. At this price point, I would have expected not to have these cons. If you are only interested in the beach, this location is amazing, but if you also like to enjoy the inside of the home, I would not recommend this property.

My family and I loved our stay! It was exactly the peaceful beach getaway we needed. Love the little beach cottage and definitely plan to stay here again!
