Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable going out for walks, runs every day. House had ample room for seven of us plus space to entertain. Property management was more than accommodating. Intend to be a repeat customer during future family gatherings.

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving reunion stay here. We all felt like ‘home’ and relaxed and comfortable. Communication with the owner could not have been better! He was helpful and responsive and now feels like a friend.

The house was very well stocked, a great layout for guests and host was very easy to work with.

This was a nice house and really liked two bedrooms with their own bathroom. It is conveniently located about a mile from the Surprise Tennis & Racket Complex which was great since we’re there for USTA Nationals. Everything was very clean and functioning properly. The property owner was exceptional at communication and very generous with our check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We were in town to visit our son and his family. This property was only 5 minutes from their house and in a very nice quiet cul-de-sac. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Our check in process was very easy, and the house was extremely well stocked and very clean. The backyard is beautiful with the putting green and the pool, and various birds visiting when I would sit out there in the mornings. And I would have to say the communication with the owner, Wes, was above and beyond. He responded immediately to texts when we had a question or needed something. And made it a point to check in and make sure everything was going ok. I will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable house in a tidy and safe neighborhood. We cooked quite a bit while there, so enjoyed a well equipped kitchen. Barbecue was a bit old and rickety, but it worked. Pool was very nice after hot rounds of golf. Would stay there again!!

Super nice, great area, perfect for our family

It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect for our needs; only one mile away from the tennis center.

The large home was very suitable for our group of eight visitors, plus local grandparents dropping in and out. The young folks had a grand time in the pool, yard, and nearby park. However, refrigerator & freezer lights didn't work, and the fridge froze our eggs. We also had trouble getting the oven to heat up. The upper bunk bed makes a lot of noise. The host was always quick to answer questions, and to take action to accommodate us. He was a pleasure to work with.

All in all, very good. A few issues, like every property has. Need more coffee cups. We had 5 guys and there were 5 cups. Had to hand wash cups every morning. The a/c in the downstairs master suite blows very hard and rattles the air vent. Very noisy, difficult to sleep. Maybe there is a way to adjust the a/c fan, but I was unable to find it ( I am not familiar with the Nest); also the smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night. Very glad you had a ladder in the garage so I could remove the battery. By the way, you had no spare batteries. The garbage was full of palm fronds. Maybe the landscaper forgot to put out the cans once they were full. we made it work. No first aid kit, even though there is a cabinet/drawer labeled as having one. One guy cut his finger cutting a tomato, not a big deal, but would have been nice to have. Some of the guys said their ceiling fans were wobbly and noisy. All things listed were minor, but something a future guest may have issues with. We enjoyed our stay. I communicated with Wes. He was excellent!! Great at getting back to me if I had a question. Oh yeah, maybe have a binder handy with what you expect guests to do upon checkout. I had to text regarding linens, towels, thermostat, etc.

The house was comfortable, clean and overall pleasant! We will stay here the next time we are in town!
