The house is very comfortable and filled with amenities. So many of the little things you either forget or deal without are there and available for you to use. It felt like a home away from home.

Clean, well stocked, great place to stay

After this experience we'll probably never stay in a hotel again! They have coffee, snacks, and water for free and all the cooking utensils you could need if you want to cook your own meals. The bed was more comfortable than ours at home! The best part, though, is that it was so quiet at night! Unlike a hotel, there was nobody running down hallways or walking on the floor above us. It was only a few blocks from our daughter, too! We would definitely stay here again!

The absolutely best prepped/stocked home we have ever stayed in. The owner sent precise check-in instructions and the home was easy to find. Binder contained everything you need to use the thermostat, TV and maps around town. Easy Uber drive to all that downtown has to offer. Bobby the owner is wonderful and that reflects in every corner of this cute gem!

I stayed at this property 4 years ago and chose to return. The most well-stocked short term rental I've stayed in. Bobby is great at communication, the location is super convenient to Boise State and downtown, the property is comfortable. We had a power outage one night and Bobby was responsive, able to tell us exactly where to find a flashlight, and reported the outage to Idaho power and kept us informed.

We had a wonderful three night stay. Everything was as stated in the listing and beyond. The host, Bobby, seems to have thought of just about everything that will make the experience as easy and enjoyable for the traveler as possible. The check in and checkout process was very easy and seamless. Very convenient to downtown, and walkable to nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

We were just looking for a place to stay for a weekend of celebrating a family member. We were pleasantly surprised at the forethought the owner has placed into stocking so many items out of convenience for people who stay, along side stocking items that were just a wonderful blessing. This house is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to stay without a large group and want to avoid the hotel noise.

This is our favorite place to stay in Boise. Each of our experiences has been absolutely top notch. The location is perfect; the property is well kept; and the host anticipates every need.

Every room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. It felt like stepping into a brand new home—fresh, tidy, and well-maintained. The house itself is so cozy and inviting. The decor is warm and stylish, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living space had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved the little touches that made it extra special, like the well-stocked kitchen. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay, this is it! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The way Bobby cares for the house should be the standard for all VRBO's. The place worked great for our stay to see the Boise State football game. Very clean and well stocked. I was concerned about road noise when I saw the location, but I heard nothing. Highly recommend!
