The house inside has been completely remodeled and is all brand new. We enjoyed having our coffee on the back deck. The beds were very comfortable. You may need to know that the stairs going to the second floor are very short in depth and steep which was too treacherous for me. However, there is a large bedroom on the main floor with a full size bathroom and walk-in shower. BUT no matter what temp you set the thermostat to it would not change and was warmer than we would have liked. ALSO, communication was extremely poor! One person arrived 2-hours earlier than I (renter) did which was only 1-hour before check-in and we still did not have a key code from the manager. I had to call them 3 times to get an access code and by the time we gained entry, it was over an hour AFTER check-in time!!!! This is unacceptable for a VRBO and inconvenient since we had parties checking in from three different states!!

The property was clean and decorated very nicely. Had issues with the internet and host responded quickly and got it fixed. Check in and check process very easy. Had a binder with suggestions for the Lexington area. Great stay albeit quick!

When we arrived there were three dumpsters of garbage and multiple bags outside if dumpsters. It was a real mess and animals had gotten into them. Vomit on bsck steps. Also hosted did not respond to two of my emails. The house was fine. Needs some tlc.

Everything was accurate as was portrayed on the site about the house and the amenities. We had a nice stay and plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh.

What a lovely home!!! Nestled in a sweet culd-de-sac. One master bedroom on first floor and another even nicer upstairs! We were a party of 7. Nana and Papa took the first floor master and my husband and I took the one upstairs. Leaving two more bedrooms for the rest of our party. The bathrooms were all newly renovated. SoNice to have 3 full bathrooms and allBedrooms nicely furnished. Snacks greeted us on the kitchen table and a full coffee station supplied. Kitchen cookware and table service well supplied. I very much appreciated the generous supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash , toilet paper, paper towels and even laundry supplies if needed. The basement rec room was nice and dry for a basement room, we just didn’t have time to make use of it. Thank you!!! We will return to this property again!!

This house was perfect for our quick trip to Lexington! And what a fun surprise to see it was decorated for Christmas including holiday bedding in each room! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms great, and kitchen stocked with coffee & tea. Nice little retreat! Fun to see the pictures of the home before and during renovation. Nicely done!

Warfield is a lovely rental with ample space for 8 guests. Hosts were quick to address any questions and check in was seamless.

Nice rehabed home in a neighborhood undergoing a Renaissance. We stayed here for a couple of days while visiting several Bourbon Trail stops on the Lexington side.

Wonderful place to stay! Easy to access and quick to respond management! The beds were super comfortable! Definitely a place we will try to stay again next time we are in town!

We had a group of 6 staying in this house. Everyone agreed that the house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone! We had one question once we arrived and Heath quickly answer that question. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors are friendly.

Five friends stayed in this cute little house with plenty of room. It was in a location close to downtown and close to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and easy access. The communication with renter was good and entry was easy. We enjoyed our stay very much. The check in and check out instructions were clear and reasonable. Thank you for a great time in Lexington.

House was comfortable and on quiet street. Interior was clean, neat and orderly. A good assortment of kitchenware.

This home worked great for our 3 couples. There was a lot of room to spread out. Our only regret is that we didn’t have enough time for a ping-pong tournament. Communication with the owners was quick and clear. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

We were in town for March Madness and the proximity to Rupp Arena was perfect.

We came with a small group of family and friends to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday with a few bourbon experiences. Overall we had a great trip. The house was clean and tasteful. A few items needed repair, but nothing that detracted from our enjoyment. We appreciated all the amenities and the great recommendations for restaurants.

This was our second time staying at this cute perfect house. There were 3 couples and a few small pups. Every couple had a nice spacious bedroom and private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Lots of seating and comfort. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Highly recommended.

Everything about this place was welcoming, clean, and just great vibes! They are easy to work with. I have a service dog and they even left her food bowls and some treats!! Highly recommend!! Definitely will be staying there again!

The house was great! Perfect size for our family of 5 with everyone having their own space. We loved that we could bring our dog too! We visited the UK campus and went to a basketball game at Rupp. The location was perfect for all of that. We got snow while there and the neighbors were all so kind helping everyone get the sidewalks and roads clear. Thank you!

We stayed here for a night and attended an event at the Greyline station for the weekend! Wish we could of stayed long ! Next time! Amazing property!

This house set up was perfect for four good friends from out of town going to see a performance at the Lexington Opera House. The kitchen was nice and updated, the living room was great and comfy for socializing and we each had our own bedroom for privacy. Would definitely come back again if we're in the area.

Overall, the property and location were perfect. I have a large family and this space was great for us. We visit Lexington, Kentucky often and will likely make this our go to space. There is only one thing that we would like to see done differently. There is a 180 cleaning charge but the space was not as clean as we would have liked. We did not bring our dog this time but there was quite a bit of animal hair on the furniture and floors.

8 friends spending 3 days on the Bourbon Trail. Perfect location!

Great location for downtown and getting to UK for football game. Newly renovated house, plenty of room, ping pong table in basement was fun. We enjoyed it. We would all stay here again for sure.

We had a bachelorette party and stayed here overnight. The owners were kind enough to let me decorate, and the house is very nice. We were very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The house is very cute and well appointed, with enough bedrooms and baths for all of us. Kitchen is well designed and the living room big enough for our group of 7. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is great. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is non- slip mat in the shower and bathtubs and a complete handrail on both sets of stairs.
