Very clean and comfy house. Perfect for our weekend trip.

The first red flag was at the point of entry. The front screen door handle was entirely missing, so we had to use the sharp holes on the metal screen door to gain access to the property. This earned one star and it was hard to go up from there. Judging by the numerous ultrasonic pest deterrents plugged in, it appears professional pest control should be a consideration. It's unsettling to see them in use at the bathroom and kitchen counters and main living area. The worn carpet between the living room and children's play area made for a hazard with exposed tack strip. The property is clearly in need of basic maintenance. The photos are deceiving.

The property was really nice and we loved the decor. It was just as advertised. The host was great to work with as our schedule kept changing. We added a day, subtracted a day, then added a day again. Alex was easy to work with and handled everything professionally. We would absolutely recommend this property.

This VRBO rental was exactly what we wanted and met all of our expectations. Plenty of bed space, a space for the teens downstairs and the grown ups upstairs.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—quiet, clean, and spacious. Check-in was seamless, and check-out was simple with minimal cleaning required. It’s also in a great area for shopping, with plenty of stores and conveniences nearby. A hassle-free experience all around. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Charming house in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the number of bedrooms and the size of the house. We played cards at the table one night and cooked a full breakfast the next morning. The kitchen was stocked with anything you need.

Went to Wichita to visit my Nephew on his 6th Birthday and EVERYTHING was Awesome!!! My nephew nor did I want to leave! He said Auntie I want to live with you….lol ?!!! Everything was NICE!!!! Quiet neighborhood, Very clean and up to date home, Location is perfect, everything we needed was close by!!! Playroom was excellent for kids and huge enclosed backyard with lighting where we just sat and talked!!! I give this home a 10/10! It didn’t disappoint

Mid-century dreamer two was a wonderful place to rest With a toddler. In town for a huge family reunion out at Lake Afton it proved to be a great location. The host was very responsive to our needs. Close to the airport.

Amazing for my young family

This comfortable and nicely remodeled home was a great fit for our large family. The street is quiet but has easy access to all highway systems so that one can easily traverse the city. We enjoyed the comfortable beds in the home, the cleanliness and the modern kitchen. It was great having a washer and dryer on site as well. We highly recommend Mid Century Dreamer!

The house was as described. Everything was clean and we had room to spread out.

The house was okay, beds and bathrooms were clean. The floor had been swept but our feet were dirty after showering. Not sure if the rug in the living room needs changed,or floors need mopped. The rug itself was coming off the rug strips. Towels left in the dryer(not ours).The mirrors in the bathroom were coming out of the wall. The bedrooms need paint, where scuffs and cracks have happened since the photos were taken.The tile in the kitchen/half bath are popping from the floor. The back patio was dirty and had layers of leaves that I swept off, before my family used it. The garage was dirty, I had to sweep a pile of leaves from inside the garage to go outside. The step up onto the patio had a mound of leaves that I had to sweep up so it wouldn't come back into the garage. Which was an issue only bcs house rules say to keep garage clean? So I swept so we wouldn't get blamed. There was also junk(old bed frames),wood,and trash in the garage that we moved to access the back patio. The back yard fence was broken on boards at the top, from an apparent tree branch(branch removed), but the broken boards were left in the yard and trash along the fence on our yard side. The gutter spout extension was ripped off instead of on the down spout, my husband put it back on.The wooden gate handle/latch was broken laying in the yard, so gate wouldn't stay closed. The grill was too dirty to use, and for what we were being charged, I shouldn't have to clean it, or anything else for that matter.

Great House. Great location. House was well stocked. Alex was a great host! We would definitely stay there again.

The home is located in a great area! It was nice, clean, and was big enough for all of my family, parents and in-laws. Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with!!!! We will be back when we come to the area again!!!!!

We stayed here while moving our son to Wichita. The house was very clean, well stocked, and in a very safe and convenient location. Communication with the owner was quick and they had a very reasonable check out list.We would definately stay here again!
