This Home Sleeps 20-26 People Comfortably with Pool and Lots of Extra Amenities

Host was very communicative and friendly. All basic amenities were covered.

It fit us well and the pool and yard were a lot of fun. The owner was nice and great to work with. Overall we had a great stay!

This property is perfect for large groups and the ease of checking in was great as well. We ended up washing some items prior to use because they were filthy (bath rugs) and the floors were very dirty. It could use actual cleaners considering you’re charged 500 for a cleaning fee you’d expect a property to be TRULY clean. We were a traveling group of boys so they didn’t seem to care. A few furniture items need to be replaced/fixed as well. Overall I recommend this place because it is very spacious and offers plenty of seating/lounging for larger groups.

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for this incredible experience! First and foremost, a HUGE mahalo/faafetai to our amazing host, Greg. He was so responsive and communication was an absolute breeze. Seriously, that made such a difference!This place was beyond perfect! My family and I had the best time and I can’t find the words to fully describe how much we enjoyed our stay. As a large Polynesian family, space is always important, and this home had more than enough for all of us. The kids had a blast with the pool, golf putting area, and cornhole—those kept them entertained every single day. The four bathrooms were such a luxury (we never ran out of hot water), and having multiple living rooms gave the kids the perfect spaces to spread out. Plus, the yard was HUGE! The kids were able to play football and run around freely, which was awesome.We even hosted my sister’s wedding here, and it was an absolute hit! We got so many compliments and people kept asking where they could find a place like this. It really made the event even more special.Overall, we had an unforgettable experience and we’d absolutely love to come back. Oh, and if you’re curious about the food, check out Taco Champs on TikTok—they were our caterer and the food was amazing!Mahalo again for everything, Greg! We truly appreciate it.

Clean and spacious- beautiful home. We really enjoyed the home and would stay again. Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cups. The pool is not heated and it was much too cold to swim, even in early October. Very nice pool fence that allows you to spend time outside with little ones with no worries.The internet was great- no issues. TV was great- easy to use.Make sure you buy toilet paper and shower soaps, but there are blow dryers and plenty of towels.

Beautiful home we took high school kids to compete in the tournament and they love the house. There was a lot of room. The home gave him an opportunity to bond with one another why parents were able to chill with the parents we’ll definitely be returning next year

Clean rooms and great place for gatherings.

Everything was dirty and worn out.I would not recommend this place unless some major updates are done.I never took my shoes off; the floors and carpets were so incredibly filthy.The towels and bed linen were grimy.Light bulbs need to be replaced, and pots and pans were an afterthought.The bathroom bowls, unless you are tall, are so inconvenient, and we couldn't find a step stool anywhere.I was embarrassed when my family began to arrive.I usually arrange family gatherings and reserve the place where we stay. I actually sent the pictures from the VRBO site to my family members before confirming the reservation. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!!!NEVER before have I done such a piss poor job of organizing.The upside is that the original group of family members, totaling 26, dwindled to 8.

great space for a large group. we had plenty of room and it was very easy to take ubers to downtown or the strip. easy check in and check out. will definitely book again if coming to Vegas with a large group!

The property was everthing we needed for our group of 17 people. The housekeeping staff needs to do a better job of cleaning but, this is a lovely property. We would stay here again.

We used this house to have our family and friends stay in one place and it worked out very well for all ages. We even had our reception there...all of the guests were amazed and loved coming to the house. It was also great for us not seeing each other dressed up before leaving to the wedding because you can keep separation if needed! Host was a very great communicator, would use again, thank you!!!

We had multiple families from old to very young stay here and it worked well for all. The pool was great. The large bunk room for kids was a hit. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook with (we had to buy some dishwasher soap though). Greg was very responsive from the time I booked the property to after we checked out and meeting us when we got there was a welcome personal touch. The area also felt safe and was in a great central location for where we needed to be.

We visited Vegas to celebrate the marriage of our oldest son, and we were there with our other 9 kids, some of their spouses, plus my elderly parents, my brother and his family, and my cousin and her kids. This house slept all 22 of us very comfortably! It also had plenty of seating for all of us, as well as plates, bowls, silverware, big pots and pans, etc. that are needed for a large group! There was also plenty of parking for the 5 rental cars we had between all of us. Everyone enjoyed the pool, corn hole, and putting green in the back yard, and the large sectionals inside were perfect for those who wanted to stay inside in the AC and just visit! The house was not too far from both Costco and Sams, and a super Walmart was less than 5 minutes away. We all highly recommend this property!

House is perfect for a group. Very clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool and great space outside. High top table chairs outside could use an update but they serve the purpose

It was comfy, cozy, spacious, and in an easy location close to a lot of things! Would definitely recommend and come back!

We stayed with 19 people that included 3 families and soccer boys. Everything was clean and there was so much room for everyone to have a bed. 2 living rooms that let the teenage boys play their video games and adults watch movies. So much outdoor area for the younger siblings to run around as well. Pool was clean, but weather was just too cold for use.

Greg was an excellent host! The house easily accommodated our group of 17. The kitchen was well-equipped, everything was spotless, everything worked as expected. The kids enjoyed the pool, mini-golf, and games at the patio table. The space was huge, plenty of towels, easy gated access, rapid and friendly response to any concerns. This house is excellent for groups or large family gatherings. Thank you, Greg, for being one of the best VRBO hosts we have ever had!

Had a very nice stay in this property just this President’s day weekend. Appreciate the quiet neighborhood, not too far away from the busy strip.

Everything was just as the ad implies. It slept 20 just fine. The location was good the house was nice. The property manager was very helpful and kind.

We had a great time and the house was exactly what we needed. The pool was cold, but great and the back yard space was great for entertainment!

It was the first time for me to use VrBO and it was easy to book online. I was given enough time before payments were due. There was a brief tour of the place upon check in. It was a big property. My family and I stayed at this house comfortably for 2 nights. The place is secure and safe. I will certainly recommend this place to friends who come over to visit Las Vegas.

The property looked like the photos. Well kept and clean. The age range for our group was age 5 to age 83. Our entire clan was able to stay in the one house. We had room to hang out. The kitchen was big enough to cook and eat together. The appliances were top notch. We had a ball. We had a small gathering of family who lived in Vegas to join us for my 83 y/o Mom's birthday and then a few friends and family for a brunch and it was perfect. The host was responsive and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great place for a large group to hang out!

The house was great for a large group with plenty of space to separate if needed! We would stay there again! A couple suggestions, patio furniture it old and ripped up and dirty so replacing that would be great, wish the pool was heated it was hot but water was freezing cold and that was on me of the main reasons we booked the house.

We stayed here with our entire bridal party and it was perfect! Greg was amazing to work with and very accommodating.

We came to this grand home gor a long weekend - 20 of us celebrated my mothers 70th birthday. The home was exactly as described! Pool was perfect. Outdoor area was lovely. Everyone slept comfortably and no one felt as if they were on top of one another in the common aread. Will definitely stay there again!!

The property was spacious and the host was very responsive to any inquires. We had two issues during our stay, one with a shower head, and the other with the front door lock. Greg responded right away and had someone out the next day to fix both issues. The person couldn't fully resolve the front door issue, so Greg came and fixed it himself. The pool was awesome and cool. The grill was immaculately clean. One minor tip, spot check the dishes before using them. We spotted a couple of unclean dishes, but we simply ran them through the dishwasher again. I would definitely stay at this property again!

A really nice property a good (but not too far) distance from the strip and Freemont street - both are about 20-30 minutes away and Ubers/Lyfts are never more than a 10 minute wait away. The Villa has lovely big rooms - the front room kitchen/diner/lounge is a lovely social space and the second lounge is also a great space. The back garden is stunning and the pool is lovely and clean - as well as quiet, with limited outside noise. The outdoor seating area and putting green is also fantastic. The second fridge in the garage is very useful. All bedrooms are a good size with a great amount of accompanying bathrooms - the master bathroom is stunning! The owner is very communicable and helped us check in early with no stress, he was also on hand during our stay is answer any questions. Can't recommend the property enough! Excellent space and lovely location to escape the hustle and bustle of Vegas!

Our group of campers enjoy their stay at this house. There's plenty of space for a large group. The kiddos enjoyed the amenities and entertainment. The pool and mini-golf are a bonus. Greg was nice and communication was rapid. Check-in was easy.
