Stayed Aug 29, 2025This little gem was tucked into a wooded area and provided a peaceful experience for my family and I. The owner went above and beyond with the coffee, snacks and pantry supplies in the event you may have forgotten something. We were able to sleep our kids and younger adults upstairs and couples downstairs. We brought along a small TV for the kids to play video games upstairs. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. We kids rotated through the living room, but gave the kids first preference since there were no TV's upstairs. The house is driving distance to Sardis Lake, Dollar general and a local fish restaurant. It's only 10 minutes from Batesville, MS.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty room for the 8 of us - enough bedrooms, enough bathrooms and a large kitchen table where we sat and played games. We also enjoyed the back deck and the woodsy setting. It was a great property for our weekend getaway.
