This 3 bed home sleeps 8. Private jacuzzi close to I80 and Pocono attractions

Property has potential but currently mediocre at best.We were a group of 7 moms staying for 1 night. We were approved for an early check-in, however, when we showed up, a woman told us that she was unaware of an early check-in, that she was there to clean and the house would not be ready until 3pm. She let us drop off a cooler and crockpot which was helpful.When we returned after 3pm we were pleased that the photos in the listing were accurate. However, we quickly realized the house didn’t feel clean. The kitchen counters and stovetop were dirty. The cleanliness of the bathrooms were ok but the downstairs shower needs a deep scrubbing. In one of the upstairs bedrooms, used dried up contact lenses were left on the nightstand and trash left under the bed. There were no towels to be found in the bathrooms. We eventually found them in the dryer. The kitchen is lacking some supplies. It could use a few extra serving bowls and utensils. Garbage and recycling was still there from prior renters. Overall, we felt the property could be greatly improved with a thorough deep cleaning and better communication between the property manager and cleaning company. We made the best of it and enjoyed each other’s company, but feel the house could be much improved.
