This house was very spacious and our family really enjoyed the pool table. Communication was top notch! Would book again!

There were a lot of fees including upfront fees for people we thought might “stay the night”. We did not have as many people stay over as we thought, so I guess I’m waiting for the video to be reviewed before I get the refund. There was also going to be extra fees if we wanted the pool gas heated which we didn’t do since there was supposed to be a solar blanket on the pool. It wasn’t on the pool when we arrived so the pool didn’t get heated during the day. Check in isn’t until 5pm which is later than most places. I paid for the insurance but there were things not working or as stated when I arrived and there was no refund for that. One of the TVs was broken which was unfortunate since we use the TV at night for bed. I was stuck out of the master bedroom for about an hour because the door handle didn’t work properly (all my belongings were in there). This house does accommodate large groups which is nice but after doing more research after our stay, I found places that would have been cheaper and had better check in times.

This house was fantastic & bigger than we ever imagined. The spacious layout gives both privacy & a place for gathering with a lot of seating for any intimate or large occasion. I overlooked the Wi-Fi & door code but one courteous phone call cleared up everything fast. My regret is that I was only in Tucson for a day and a half, couldn’t enjoy the pool but the pool table was a huge plus for my graduate daughter and myself. I highly recommend this house for your stay while in Tucson…it’s centralized and close to everything. Thank you guys for a memorably wonderful visit.

House was clean and it was as described in listing.David and Phillip were great at communicating.The pool was a little too cold to get in but it was great to look at!The house was in a great location for what we were doing and everyone loved having their own room and TV!!

Everything as described

Loved the outdoor area/pool. Room for a big family to spread out without feeling on top of each other. Very easy to communicate with questions and get quick replies.

Perfect spot with lots of room for everyone to relax. Location is great, just a few minutes away from everywhere we explored, and it was nice to sit in the pool at the end of the day.

Good location and rental host staff very responsive with couple minor requests needing replenishment- certainly recommend the property.

The host was very responsive to questions and requests. Although the beds were very low to the ground, they were comfortable and pillows were good too. There were issues with the door code, but host worked quickly with us to remedy the situation. Home fit our group well and worked good for us.

The home was as described. Very spacious, accommodating 18 of us… two tables and the island were great for meals. So fun having the pool table, adults and kids enjoyed it. Beds comfortable. Management was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The outdoor grill was nice for the barbecue we had. Centrally located for our needs.

Location was amazing. House looked smallfrom outside, but was spacious on inside for 14 guests. Pool was refreshing. House was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed lime tree in back yard.

Cute house with a lot of space. It was clean, the pool was great, and the hosts were easy to work with.

We had 9 people and there was more than enough space. The kids loved the pool (even though it was cold!) and the adults had fun with the pool table. The house was really roomy and comfortable. The hosts were quick to reply whenever we had questions. We’d stay again next time we’re in Tucson.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My family had such a great time and there was so much space. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Pool was great

The house was modern, clean, and very nice. The staff checked in on us during the stay and made sure everything was going well. We’d definitely book again.

I booked this last minute for my birthday and the hosts really came through. They answered all my questions and the house was beautiful. 10/10 would stay again.

We had 14 people and the house fit us perfectly. It was comfortable, easy, and we have no complaints.

This place was perfect for our group of 13. It was close to Saguaro National Park and had plenty of space. David and his team were quick to respond whenever we had questions, which made the trip super smooth. Everything was clean and the white couches and bedding looked really nice. We’d definitely stay again.

The property is as listed. We stayed here while moving in kids at U of A. It was perfect for organizing form items. We played pool, but never got to the pool outside as we were too busy. Beds were comfortable, and my husband was able to do work from home when I was running errands. Overall great pick for us.

Great place for big groups!

The property manager responded promptly. The property required better cleaning and maintenance. I was concerned about possible injury to toddler staying with us due to exposed carpet tacks, fence rusted through and loose, and broken furniture, etc. Internet did not work until we contacted the internet provider and fixed it - 24 hours after checking in and trying to resolve with property manager. Pool had black algae, manager sent a person they described as a pool expert to resolve the problem, the expert told us she had never cleaned a pool before. Three laborers came to the house to work in it, two if which had bid on the work on a job app and had no idea what they were supposed to do. Property manager moved us to a new house after two days. He said his resolution specialist would contact me within three days. One week later, still no contact.

InTucson for family party. Nice having king size beds in all rooms. Pool was nice although the filter started leaking and needed repair. We did enjoy the pool table. The house was nice for big party.

This location was perfect size for our large group vacation! It's in an excellent location in Tucson and within a short drive of just about anything you'd like to do. The pool was perfect for our large group as well and was amazing for cooling off after a hot day exploring the town!

You can tell the home has had some abuse by others that have stayed there. Our bedroom door latch was janky but workable. Our master bath was missing one of the shower doors, so the floor would get wet. They said they knew of all the problems. I then assumed they knew there was only one door on the shower. The place was clean for the most part, though the ceiling fans in some rooms could be cleaned better. They did send someone to replace the gas tank on the grill, as the tank was empty. They were responsive to our calls. We did enjoy the neighborhood.

It was a short stay, everyone had a room and the beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with everything you need within 5 minutes away. There were a few downers.. but ya cant have it all!! David the host was so responsive and we really appreciated the cool ac and the refreshing pool!

Clean property. However, there were not enough towels provided for our group of nine. The host graciously allowed us to extend our checkout time by one hour at no additional cost.

It was ok for what we needed. Pleny of space.
