Stayed Jun 21, 2025visiting with family made our trip special but for the cost of this property it was lacking…..very few and the couple they had of pots and pans were damaged and teflon peeling off it, plenty of plates and glasses but no mixing bowls or baskets. The large gas range and oven were damaged and we couldn’t use it. The bedding was very cheap and had pilling all over them….they labeled each peice of bedding with magic markers in very large letters the name of the place, Everything was given with a warning which did not make you feel welcomed (example) if you need help with tv or internet or break either there would be a stiff fine, The movie room was the same but neither came with any directions so we did not attempt to use them. This should have been a luxury place but it felt like a motel 6…..the rooms were all painted and looked nice but again the bedding and the mattress’ were awful. The directions for putting out the garbage was very confusing with first everything had to be out on Friday but since our stay was until Saturday we were having to make arrangements to deliver trash to the landfill only to have an email come in late on Friday to say there would be a garbage pick up on Saturday at the residence. Toilet paper holder in primary bathroom was broken. Then on top of that the maintenance worker needed to come into the property to change all the air filters (one in each bedroom) so i had to give him a couple hours of my family and beach time to go with him.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024The view is unbelievable the house is huge so much space would rent again if someone was to do a deep clean you can tell they only surface clean everything you can write on the lamps in the kitchen with all the dust we found several bedrooms the floor under the bed had not been swept for a long time after finding several pieces of clothing that were not ours! And the furniture is completely stained horrible. I know these are minor details but they add up with such an expensive property! We did completely enjoy ourselves not to complain to much the house met our needs and the close to the beach was a huge bonus and any issues with the house the team responded well!! Just clean it please

Stayed Oct 5, 2023My family loved the property and the location. The only suggestions I have is a master book of the house. When trash pick up is and how yo work the tv. The remotes were very confusing. Need crock pot and large coffee maker. A griddle for morning breakfast would be helpful too. This house is for numerous people and the residential coffee pot just doesn’t keep up for coffee drinkers. The stove breaker needs to be replaced. We had an electrician in the family and the breaker tripped every time we used the ovens. Just suggestions. The home was amazing and clean. I stay at vrbo homes at least 3-4 a year and this was one of the best. Elliott was always a phone call away and the employee who stopped over to tell us how yo work the tv do we could watch the Eagles games was helpful and kind.

Stayed Mar 2, 2023North Myrtle beach is an excellent location. Lots of restaurants and shops around but not crazy. EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR GOLFERS! We play 7 rounds in 7 days and loved it!!! The hot tub and pool were great in the afternoon and evenings. You could not ask for a better property to enjoy time with your family and/or friends. Living area is really inviting and just make you feel like your home!
