Just as advertised. Beds were comfy. Lots of room for kids and adults to hang out.

The host was very responsive and the house accommodated everyone well!

This is a great property with tons of potential! Great for families or a group of friends. 4 beds, 2 bath, media room, pool, hot tub etc. Safe neighbourhood, easy access to interstate. Sheets in three bed room had white stains on them, went to strip sheets and the sheets beneath had even larger brown and yellow stains. Went to wash sheets and there wasn’t much detergent in the house. Shower didn’t drain water properly. Wanted to use hot tub at night and the lights did not work, the water was bubbling and had an awful smell. Checked the water the next day and it was green. The property has a lot of potential for a good stay but needs property maintenance and cleanup.

Beautiful home, very spacious with lots of activities to do. Beds were super comfy, ac was perfect. We had a blast in the pool and the jacuzzi.

We had a very nice stay at the house. The media room was fun and the house was clean and very comfortable. The only negative really was the neighborhood. We brought our dog and when walking him he was chased by several dogs. WhenBooking maybe warn people to look out for this.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of room and lots of activities to keep the fun going.The only problem we had were the remote controls for the tv's and fans didnt work in a couple of rooms but it wasn't necessary for us to watch tv and the AC worked well. The beds were super comfortable.

Perfect for bundle families

Lots of entertainment gor kids and teens! Salt water pool, putting green, billiards table, theater room, board games, 5 Smart TVs and very close to I-10. Stores and restaurants are an easy drive from this place in Indio. 20-30 minutes to the Palm Spring highlights near by. This home is for sale as of now, so things may change some but I can't imagine they'd change too much.

I just have to start with the BEDS! Literally the most comfortable beds you’ll ever sleep on. I never wanted to get out of bed. The property was amazing and the host was quick at responding about any questions. It’s the perfect place for people of all age ranges. The pool was great for everyone. Our little ones loved the large connect 4 and mini golf. The teenagers adults loved the pool table and we all lost our husbands to the movie room because they were able to cast the baseball game/UFC fights on there. The kids loved it at night. Nobody wanted to leave the next day. I’m looking forward to renting here again and have recommended it to so many people already!

There were a few things broken that he'd said they fixed but didn't. The fridge door was not closing properly. The garbage was broken and the pool table pockets kept falling down when we were playing. There aren't any closets, so we didn't have any place to hang our clothes. It is as pictured but is super small and not very spacious. We did love all the games out doors and the pool and hit tub were a godsend after our games for our sore muscles.

the pool table was broken and couldn't be used. the hot tub was not working properly, and we didn't get to use it while there for 3 days even though some one came and tried to fix it. we found a lot of hair between clean towels. when arrived at the property we realized there were no toilet papers in any of two bathrooms. juts one half role in one of them.
