Great location, walk to Putty beach where dogs can go off leash, also walk to Hardy Bay with shops for supplies or drink, lunch or dinner.Great view from deck. Couldn't start bbq which was a shame. Some noise from the road in the morning.

We loved our mine-break at the Yurt. The view is fantastic and our dogs loved having the dog-friendly beach so close by. The beds were comfy and although 'basic' the Yurt had everything we needed.

Very fun little house close to an amazing beach

A memorable stay for all the right reasons. My elderly parents were delighted with the view and overall experience. Their mobility is restricted but with a little help they negotiated the rather tricky steps and decent to the property. The living area was perfect for entertaining our small family and we obviously gravitated to the spacious balcony to gaze at the beach and headlands. The kitchen, living areas and bedrooms contained everything we needed. The small bathroom had great shower. It's not modern or luxurious but very comfortable and cosy. It was great to drive down to the beach below and spend afternoons swimming and strolling. It was also a very short drive to Killcare shops for fabulous food, coffee and delicatessen supplies. Best of all it was dog friendly and our caboodle loves relaxing on the balcony with us. It was a great short stay!!

This is a great location overlooking the beach, stunning ocean views. Short walk to shops, cafes and couple of restaurants. The property is a bit dated and needs a refresh. If it was not for the location, it would have been a pretty ordinary stay. Place needs more cleaning, bathroom is very small and can get wet floor very easily, not very practical. You are really there for location and if that is what you want then it is a perfect place, reasonably priced for that part of the stay.

We stayed in the yurt for two nights and really enjoyed it. Relaxing, fun. Loved having a drink and some nibbles on the gorgeous deck.

Lovely location! We booked the property based on reviews about the deck. Unfortunately we were not able to use the deck during the day as there was no shade. The shade umbrella as listed in the property description was missing.

Perfect spot for a small group of friends. You won’t want to leave the back deck!

Our favourite destination for an easy, relaxing beach-side getaway, so close to Sydney. Views and location are hard to beat.
