The Yellow Rose 5 Points!

Rented this home for a couple of days for my entire family. Great home for large families! While this home is located in an area I probably wouldn't have picked to begin with, we did not have any problems or issues with the neighborhood. Pretty much quite neighborhood. Access to many things in San Antonio.

Family-Friendly Was very nice for me and my big family we had 16 on our trip and there was more than enough space.It was nice and convenient.

Overall, the property was good, but the pictures did not accurately reflect how it looked in person. One important thing to note is that not every bedroom has its own private door. Two of the rooms is set up with two sleeping areas and a bed in each, but there is no divider or separation between them, so they are not fully private.

Well, it was enough room to accommodate all of us. The house looks clean when we first walked in, but after we started walking around, we realized that our feet and socks were black from the dirty floors. The backyard wasn’t very cleaned up. The volleyball net is old and torn. The air-conditioning worked great. The bedding was clean. The area where the hammock hangs had broken glass in it, and my granddaughter got glass in her foot. The location is good, but the neighborhood is very old and worn. The house itself is old and needs updates. Every bedroom had a TV in it. I am surprised that this is a house that VRBO offers on their platform.

We had a great stay at this property. The home was large and accommodated everyone. There was something for everyone. From relaxing common areas to entertainment options, no one ever felt bored.It was the perfect place for our group, and we’d happily return in the future.

Location was good, neighborhood was not great. Close to railroad tracks, you can hear it at all hours of the day. It's a beautiful house, but it needs to be remodeled, and the furniture has some wear and tear. We had some issues but had a quick response. The internet was not working.

Everything was nice..Mr.Daniels the host was available and responsive to any questions i had. The place was very neat and spacious for over 10 people.Thanks for everything

Easy process okay neighborhood

A family of raccoons live under the house, the games all had missing items so you couldn’t enjoy the games.

The host was welcoming. Response time was great. The house was just as advertised. I traveled with a group of 11 including 1ur old twins.. The home is welcoming, makes you feel like you're at home. We had plenty of space. Fenced in yard and volleyball next was a plus for the other kids. This is an older house that has been updated, can use a few more, But overall we had a great experience, the area was quiet. We would definitely use it again

The area that the home was in felt safe, peaceful, and quiet. 1 bed and 4 twin beds on the 1st floor, and 5 beds on the 2nd floor. 1 restroom on each floor. Washer and dryer were super convenient and the home itself was spaceous. It was SO cold in the home, and the middle room at the top was freezing, but that’s preferable over it being hot so no complaints. Blankets, pillows, and towels were a nice plus, as well as the pans, bowls and plates already in the pantry. We liked how every room was named after a different Texas city! It was a pleasant stay, but some minor things can be changed: the porch lights that connect to the side fence were mostly broken, the restroom door handles were practically dangling, and the back yard was full of mosquitoes or bugs that bit our kids legs and left them with small boils on the 1st night. Overall, it was a great stay and allowed our big family to stay in one place & create memories in the home!

Had 8 adults. Only had to stay 2 nights, so primarily used the house for sleeping. By far best quality of the house is location. Very short drive to Pearl area, river walk, and Frost Bank Center. Only particular problem with house was age. Floor boards tended to creak and bend creating unwanted noise. Some doors didn't close properly (Fort Worth). Other suggestions: connecting fridge water for ice/water, more reachable outlets for chargers, and possibly a few more full length mirrors. Also had some issues keeping the bedrooms at room temperature (67). Downstairs bedroom stayed real cold, and upstairs were very hot. Thanks again. Overall good stay.

It worked perfect for our family gathering for a wedding downtown San Antonio.
