I have stayed in a lot of very nice vrbo’s but this one was really special. The property was a stream of surprising delights from the moment we entered the front door. The house was immaculate and meticulously arranged. The attention to detail was unparalleled. Stocked Coffee bar. To chargers or ports in just the right places. I have rented many VRBO’s and this one is by far the best one I have rented. The house is amazing and is fully stocked with everything you need and things you didn’t even know you needed. The hosts are so thoughtful in making their home so inviting and enjoyable. Our group also loved the outside areas including pool, hot tub and fire pit making s’mores.

Pool and pool area were great. The hot tub jets were not working. They would work and then shut off and then come on sporadically.

Everything was great. The house is large, everything we could possibly need was there.

Enjoyed a three-day family reunion at the Wreath House with 12 adult family members and a few other guests. The house was perfect for sharing meals and socializing in/by the pool. The property was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation. We made use of every area, including sleeping accommodations for everyone - which made the reunion a very special occasion! I highly recommend this property.

This property was just what we needed. Plenty of space for all of us (12 including 6 adults, 3 teens, and 3 kids). Fantastic pool and hot tub space with cabana and sound system, a fire pit for s'mores, and a great deck to enjoy being outside. Why the reason we were all together (a funeral) was hard being able to stay together and give the kids an amazing experience was just what we needed. And the hosts were amazing. Provided all the information you needed, answered questions in a timely manner and made the home so inviting. We will definitely be looking them up next time we are in the area.

Our family enjoyed this property before and after a memorial service. It was relaxing and quiet. Close to restaurants but tucked into a little quiet spot.

The house was very clean and well kept. The owners were excellent about communicating. The backyard is gorgeous with the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and deck! We would absolutely stay here again.

5 adult couple descended upon Manhattan to celebrate the 40th birthday of one of our friends. Can't say enough about the Wreath House! This was a December party, so the fire pit and hot tub were appreciated - we would LOVE to return in the summer and use the pool and amazing deck. The accommodations were just perfect for our needs. Plenty of sleeping spaces, nice shareable bathrooms - it was just great. The entertaining spaces are incredible - I'm sure even moreso in the warmer months. I had a great conversation with the owner a couple days before our arrival, and felt very comfortable contacting him with any questions we may have had - which we didn't because everything was so intuitive. The stocked fridge and kitchen was SO appreciated. They even left us a big tray of homemade cookies. It was just perfect for our group and our needs. I highly recommend!

Very, very nice house. There were a lot of great amenities. There were 13 family members, and we had plenty of room. We highly recommend.
