This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 4-bath beach house combines an easy walk to the Gulf with a private backyard built for family fun. Spend the morning at the beach, cool off in your private pool, challenge the kids to volleyball or putting, play a few rounds in the arcade, paddle Little Lagoon, then wind down around the fire pit.

Inside, the home has been completely refreshed with a clean coastal feel. The open living area keeps everyone connected, with a comfortable family room, a large kitchen island and plenty of space to gather for meals, games or movie nights.



The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick beach-day breakfasts to family dinners, with generous counter space, modern appliances and island seating.



FAMILY-FRIENDLY SLEEPING



The home has three true bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements designed especially well for families.



The first-floor primary bedroom features a king bed and a private full bathroom.



Upstairs, one bedroom includes a queen bed, built-in bunk bed, twin floor mattress and a private full bathroom.



The second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin floor mattress and two foldout chair beds that can provide additional sleeping flexibility for children. A full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom in the hall.



The home is advertised for a maximum of 10 guests. The foldout chair beds are best suited for children and are provided as bonus sleeping flexibility rather than additional advertised guest capacity.



With 4 full bathrooms, getting everyone ready for the beach—or cleaned up afterward—is much easier than in the typical 3-bedroom beach house.



GULF + LAGOON



You don’t have to choose between the Gulf and Little Lagoon.



Public Gulf beach access is about one block from the home, making beach days easy. The property also includes access to an adjoining Little Lagoon lot, giving your family another way to enjoy the water and making the included kayaks part of the experience.
