This is a beautifully maintained older home and was just what we were looking for. The whole house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The Kitchen had all the basic necessities, and we even did some laundry. We had a group of 7 around the large round dining room table. The only thing to be aware of is the upstairs bathroom is a jack-n-jill and you have to go through a bedroom to access it. The second full bath is on the main floor off the family room. Sara the host provided information up front and was very responsive to any questions I had.

First impression was the same as pictured. It was clean and open. Didn’t have time to utilize the whole house but the upstairs bathroom is very nice and roomy and beds were comfortable.

The house is set in a typical small town “well lived and loved” neighborhood—one that I happened to have been raised in as a young person, so I loved it! It made a great gathering place for me, my sister, and cousins. Plenty of space to hang out in the sitting rooms or playing games around the table. But the best spot was on the front porch!

The hosts are very hospitable with open communication, ehich is a great quality, especially if you have questions. The home is a small piece of history itself with original original hardware found here and there with hardwood floors too. Dont panic it has updated amenities, wifi, and all the modern creature comforts too. However the old and the new are well combined here. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need to live except for groceries. Thats of course would be on thw guests. The location is quit sonyou can sleep sound in a nice neighborhood, but close enough to town that you can get delivery or walk if need be. Highly recommend.

House was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable. Front porch was the best part. Plenty of seating and a porch swing. It’s where we spent most of our stay. Will definitely rent this place again.
