It's actually much bigger than it looks in the photos. I was a little scared of the kitchen being too small but I don't think I've seen an island that big before!

This was a delightful property that accommodated our large group well. Very convenient location, walkable to everything.

Great stay! Big house - plenty of bedrooms & dining seating for a large group. Easy walk to downtown, the grocery store, and the start of the 290 Wine Shuttle. Highly recommend!!

The kitchen needed oven mitts. The water pressure in the main bathroom shower needed fixed. There needed to be door mats at the entry doors. There was a bathroom missing a trash can. The coffee pot needs descaling. Would have liked to of used the game tables in the garage. The living room furniture needed replaced. Some pillows needed replacing. The towels needed replacing. We enjoyed our stay but the place needs some TLC especially if you’re trying to sell it. Thank you.

The house was extremely accommodating for our three generations of family. It was a little difficult because the Wi-Fi did not work. Travis, IT guy came out and tried to help and it only worked for a few minutes. In general, the house needs a little maintenance done. For example, the blinds in the living room are all bent and sticking out in different directions, the bedroom that is closest to the kitchen has a bathroom that feels like it’s about to collapse through where the floor vent is. It’s quite a dip in the flooring. The light fixture in the half bath had a light burned out, the closet light was burned out in the bedroom closest to the kitchen, the hallway light downstairs flickered each time you turned it on. It’s difficult to do dishes with no garbage disposal and it’s difficult to cook with not a potholder one to be found. The kitchen had only two kitchen towels that looked like they had seen better days. The pool was cloudy. Also, the sink faucet in the half bath needs a little maintenance with the way the water shoots out.We enjoyed the large two tables for eating and playing games and that was a great area to fit 12 people. The location is perfect for walking to Main Street.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our party of 10. We cooked breakfast both mornings and had plenty of space to spread out and play games in the evenings. Highly recommend for fun weekend.

We had a great time in Fredericksburg this past weekend. The house was perfect! There was so much room for us all and the location was even better!! Definitely will be staying here again.

This was the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. It’s way bigger than it looks in the photos and literally had everything! Close to everything and if I’m ever back in Fredericksburg, this is where I’m looking first!

The house was amazing! I can’t believe how big it was. We felt like we all had plenty of space and the pool was an awesome addition.

The location was excellent, and the pool was absolutely fantastic—perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the extreme heat, which made things a bit uncomfortable.Some of the rooms had issues with slow-draining sinks and tubs, and there were noticeable sinkholes in parts of the flooring. Also worth mentioning: Texas has some very large mosquitoes, and the property could benefit from improved pest control—especially around the pool area.That said, the overall space was great, the pool was a highlight, and there was plenty of room for a large family.

Big, terrific house, excellent location in town. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

The property was nice and big. Worked well for seven of us ladies… could a very well had many more but we roll with a tight circle.Located in a pretty good area not far from anything. I would recommend and I would say there again.

We were impressed with how clean the house was. It was about a 2 block walk to Main and then another block or so to get to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again with a big group!

This house looks deceiving from the street but … once you get in it is fantastic! Lots of room for a big family gathering! The kitchen is superb with a huge island! Beds were comfy. We made s’mores at the fire pit! There were deer everywhere! And the best part was that it was only 2 blocks from Main Street where all the shops and restaurants were. My grandson said “Granny how did you rent a hotel!” We had a fantastic time! I’d use this place again!

Two blocks off Main St- perfect central location for walking to restaurants and shopping! Central location for golfing in F’berg, Kerrville and Comfort. Huge central room off kitchen was perfect for game nights!

Family from TX, NY, CO and MO. The accommodations were perfect! Especially, each bedroom having irs own en suite. The pool was cold but fabulous! Couples were able to walk to Main St and shop. HEB grocery right around the corner. Overall, great property for a large group.
