Stayed Jan 25, 2026The massive winter storm Fern had been predicted and we knew we would not be able to get there due to the weather. In communication , the host was cold and uncaring, basically saying “sorry about your luck”. Maybe VRBO should include a link to travel insurance company.

Stayed Sep 7, 2025Most of the space was clean. The host allows dogs which we're grateful for, but definitely had an effect on the smell. I cleaned the bathroom with disinfectant before using it. I'm sure someone closed their dog in there for a while. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was no coffee maker of any kind. We couldn't get the TV in the bedroom we slept in the work. The neighborhood was nice with friendly people. It was close to everything we needed. It was adequate for what we needed and we could bring 2 dogs.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022Property was perfect for our needs. Rooms are large. Backyard was awesome for our dogs. Bring a towel to clean paws as it does get pretty muddy back there! Over all it was a fantastic place to stay while visiting our daughter for the holidays.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022This nice little duplex was a relaxing place to stay and work while visiting my new grandbaby. The neighborhood felt very safe and offered nice walkability. My dogs loved the back yard. I was lucky to have cooler than normal August weather which made the back deck perfect for some remote work that needed to be done and there was a fine workspace in the master bedroom as well. I had some issues with slow app refreshing getting the check-in information but that all resolved quickly.

Stayed May 13, 2022First this is not a stand alone house as advertised it’s a duplex. This is also the first VRBO we were required to purchase an insurance policy for or leave a ridiculously high security deposit! This is also the first VRBO I have ever dealt with that I had to supply a picture of my drivers license. We arrived to a garbage can and recycle can jammed to the brim giving us the feeling that the property was being neglected before we even entered the unit! We entered to find the carpeting severely stained with what looks like a trail of oil throughout! The couch has the vinyl peeling off with a cover that doesn’t stay in place covering it. The desk is a decent chair placed in front of a flimsy folding table. The fenced in back yard was a disaster with a broken to pieces patio block at the bottom of the stairs and dog poop in the yard. I wouldn’t let our dogs out there! The deck is in need of a thorough cleaning and new deck furniture as the existing has seen better days. We paid for 10 days stayed for 3 and moved to a hotel as not to totally ruin our trip! Would be a decent place if it had the much needed TLC!
