The View | Luxury Home - Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator + Steps to the Beach!

The home is beautiful, the entire family enjoyed it. It’s close to all of the attractions and certainly stunning views for sunrise.

This place was amazing!! Once I figured out the management company VTrips communicated platform this was a breeze. The place accommodated 2 elderly and so much more for any family age, the elevator was a game changer for all of our experience to ensure their safety and moving around. The place was complete with everything we needed and a lot of person touches. This was Our first time in the St. Augustine area and this will be a mother-daughters trip top memory. So close to everything, yet felt like we were by ourselves on a piece of paradise. Thank you!!!

The View was well appointed for all our needs & wants. Loved the bikes for early morning & evening rides. The beach was never crowded & we appreciated the 1 umbrella & chairs. Kids liked walking for ice cream. Went into St Augustine for tours & sightseeing. Went deep sea fishing. Something for everyone

We really enjoyed the home and the area. Huge open beach area in a casual, but nice beach town. The home location is great. We could walk to get ice cream, coffee and happy hour at the Beachcomber. The home was well equipped and clean. The bikes were a nice perk. Groceries and other stores were just a short drive in either direction. We would like to return and would rent this house again.

We have stayed here four of the last five years and the property has been kepy up nicely. Noticed new couch and chairs in living area as well as new washer and dryer since last year.Did have a broken dishwasher when we arrived andon a Saturday and it wasn't repaired until Wednesday.(by the way, should have repairmen come back to reposition the dishwasher as when loading with lower rack out, the whole unit tips forward causind upper rack to fly out). Also had a smoke detector start blaring one morning (mounted high on living room wall) but a representative did come to replace a battery after a couple hours. We are still undecided wether to rent next year as grand-kids are getting older with other interets and hobbies.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view! Perfect for our family of 11 with plenty of room to spare. We’re already planning our next stay here!

We all enjoyed the house and all of it's amenities. It was right on the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. The house was very nicely decorated and has everything you could need for a week at the beach.

This was the third year we have stayed in The View as it meets our family needs and has the amenities and location we desire. The property is beginning to show some ageing issues. We had a mold issue in some windows which had to be dealt with. Also second floor thermostat was locked so that floor was warm throughout our stay( Cooler weather prevented this issue from becoming intolerable.) Advertised beach chairs were 3 broken and unuseable. We bought and left 4 need chairs for future guests. Trash was not picked up on Friday as advertised. Don't know what happened there. All in all still a great place to vacation.
