Stayed Jun 3, 2026Overall, an OK stay for us. Listing was accurate. Online welcome packet very thorough and well done. Location was good. We had older adults in our group who found the stairs steep and difficult. The bunk room is definitely for kids only. Mattresses uncomfortable (too thin) & beds hard to get into for adults. There were a few issues with the property during our stay, including a missing screen and a leak. Unfortunately, the water heater leak remained a constant issue during our stay. We sent messages about it regularly. The management company tried to get it worked on (coordinating with property owner), but despite several visits by maintenance staff and plumbers, it apparently was a bigger issue than could be resolved. Received a night's credit, which we appreciated.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025Great location and had everything we needed while in Fairbanks. The landing strip behind the house was an added bonus. Comfortable beds and great accommodations. Will most definitely book again when we come up to the area.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025We loved this house! The kitchen was extremely well stocked, we really enjoyed the waffle iron. The living area was a nice place to end our day and the kids really enjoyed the game room while I made dinner. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t replicate this house to every location in Alaska! Thank you for a wonderful vacation rental.

We had everything we needed to cook, clean, and relax. Everything was comfortable and well organized. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025After the fact that the unit hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests stay was resolved, the rest of the stay was great.As a pilot myself, I really enjoyed aviation theme. The house was well furnished, beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025We stayed 16 days while visiting our son and his family. The home was very comfortable , clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It was my husband and myself and my parents.
