The Urban Pineapple! Fun & Funky 2bdrm w/patio in Historic Old Town.

The place was perfectly located for our week's stay. There is ample parking and so many great things to explore in the area! If you like to cook while on your stay, this place will surely fit the bill! The shower is also wonderful!We would not hesitate to recommend the place to anyone visiting the DC area!

We came into DC to run the Marine Corps Marathon and wanted a nice place to stay and relax. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We could walk to the grocery stores and down to Old Town for our food. Cooking in the kitchen was really nice. The place has everything you need to make a good meal. The bedrooms were nice and we found the beds to be very comfortable. This was really nice after the marathon to be able to relax and get a good night sleep. We also did some site seeing in DC. The metro station is an easy walk and can get you anywhere you need to go in the area (DC and beyond). We used it everyday and even used it to and from the airport. I really liked the walkability of the area around the house. We were never in need of a car for the things we were doing. A big bonus was the washer and dryer. After doing the running we did having the chance to wash our sweaty stinky clothes was really great! If you are in DC and looking for a great place to stay this would be it. I'll definitely look it up if I come back to the area again.

We loved out stay. Our girls loved the house. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect location to get to the restaurants, River and Torpedo Factory.

The home was spotless. Had everything we needed to prepare meals or just relax with a glass of wine. I highly recommend the Urban Pineapple.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse visiting family! The whole place was very clean and comfortable! Communication was very easy! We were able to walk to almost everything and felt very safe everywhere! Hope to stay here next time we’re in town, thanks for having us!

Adorable townhouse w/ great location in Alexandria. Easy to catch train to DC & very close to Mt Vernon. Great communication w/ owner…. No issues. Extremely clean. Would highly recommend

A very comfortable and clean place for us to stay while visiting the area. Although on a busy street, traffic noise was really not a problem and neither was finding close parking. Very much enjoyed our stay here and will definitely rebook it in the future.

The house was very clean and well stocked with necessities and things like Keurig coffee. The area seems very safe, not too noisy, and well maintained. I loved the patio and so did my dogs. I'd absolutely come back here !

We had a great time at the Urban Pineapple. Location was excellent and we really enjoyed Old Town. Our flight arrived earlier than we expected and we were even able to check in slightly earlier. Such a wonderful host and experience for us!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Urban Pineapple. We enjoyed the decor and the space was perfect for us. The location is ideal for exploring Old Town Alexandria and DC. With access to the bus line, the Metro, Trader Joe’s and many other interests like King St. being within walking distance we didn’t even use or car during our trip which was a welcome surprise. The beds were so comfy and the townhome was well maintained and very clean. Check-In, check-out, and communication with the host were easy and hassle free. The Urban Pineapple will definitely be our first choice for future trips to DC and surrounding areas.
